| Jack and Nancy can't thank you enough for sharing your home with our family everything was perfect been coming to the states for 17 years now and your home is the only one we have revisited it is with regret we wont make it next year 09 but the whole family wants to be back with you in 2010 will be in touch |

| Jack & Nancy, what a wonderful home you have. We loved the house and the location. Our kids loved the bikes and especially the 10 year old after finding Dips up the road. We have never stayed in such a well stocked house. We were not ready to go home! What a wonderful vacation!! Thank you for the use of a beautiful home. |

| WOW!! This place was amazing! The home has been completely renovated recently and looks terrific! Practically everything was new. I felt like I never had to leave the home. It had plenty of room, a very nice private pool, a fantastic outdoor BBQ/sink/preparation area, and a relaxing and invigorating spa. The home is situated between the ocean and the bay with an easy 5-7 minute walk to either side of the island. The beach is so white that it looks and feels like baking powder. My kids had never seen dolphins in the wild but they got to see them almost everyday since the dolphins were only offshore about 50 yards! Since the owner provided bicycles, we never had to rent a car and got to see the marina and the entire island while enjoying quality family time. We felt so safe on the island that we let our kids walk to the beach or the bay by themselves every day. And all the store owners were fantastic and very personable and helpful. On our future annual trips to Anna Maria, we won't look to stay any place else! |

| I've stayed at this house numerous times and it is gorgeous! Everything is new and very clean. The beach is merely a 5 minute walk away, as are many nice island restaurants/shops. The jacuzzi, pool, and porches are great! The backyard is a very fun place for a BBQ with some friends. Also- don't miss the sunsets! They are amazing. I'll be back again soon, I'm sure! |

This is an ideal place to stay. The beach at the end of the street is absolutely beautiful and the sunsets are lovely. You can walk to the beach or swim in the pool. There are also game tables, games, internet access and everything you could possibly need.
You are also in walking distance of excellent eating places, coffee shops, shopping, fishing pier etc.
This place is all you need for a great vacation. |

| This property is gorgeous! It is close to the beach (and bay)- actually in the middle of the island and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the post office. We really loved the fact that there was so much space in the house - lots of room with lots to do. The pool, hot tub and outdoor grill were really great after the sun went down. Even if it rains, which it didn't a day when we were there, there is lots to do - the ping pong table, loads of games and high speed internet access to keep everyone occupied. So, a little bit of everything for everyone. All the comforts of home, but with a beach only a few steps away. A real piece of paradise! |

| My family (husband and four teenagers) stayed at this beautiful home recently. We were very impressed with all the amenities in the house and ease of getting to the beach, restaurants and shops. This residence is roomy, comfortable and boasts all one could ever need while on vacation at the beach!! Everything is new and in pristine condition. Personally, if this home were ever for sale, we'd buy it in a heartbeat! The absolute best part of being at this house on Anna Maria had to be the spectacular sunsets along with the pure white "sugar" sand. This was the best vacation we've had by far (ever better than Martha's Vineyard!) and much more reasonable priced. We'll be back again soon!!! Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful home! |

| We stayed for a week on the Beach and loved it! You can see the edge of the beach area from the driveway and you can walk to a bunch of restaurants. The house is beautiful and is very comfortable - especially if you have a large group. We loved the porches and backyard area. We plan to stay again. |
