this is our second year at this condo at island vista. we was here in aug, of 2008 for two weeks and loved it so much, we came back again . and stayed for another two weeks and that was the first two weeks of oct. you can`t beat the spacious rooms and the ocean wiews. and watching the sun rise . and sun sets.its soooo relaxing , and still lots to do.i highly recommend this condo. and hope to return next year. thank you

| Condo was as nice as shown on the internet listing. Granddaughter enjoyed having her own bedroom and full bath. The two king beds made it very nice my wife and I and my daughter and son-in-law. Would recommend the condo to anyone. The balcony is large and really gives a great view of the coastline and ocean. |

| Our stay at this condo at Island Vista was wonderful. The room was even better than I had imagined! It was incredibly spacious, clean and the view was wonderful! The condo is decorated with great taste and has all the special touches--even throw blankets for watching tv! I would definitely stay again! You can't go wrong. |

| Over the last four years we have stayed in four different units at Island Vista. 914 was the nicest of the four as the furnishings were a cut above and the kitchen was the best equipped we have ever had in any condo rented. We cook a lot when in Myrtle beach and had every thing we needed. We have already booked a week for 2010! |

condo. The Condo was nicely furnished,
Beautiful views, great swimming pools
and right on the beach. I will stay
there again. Only down side, no beach
toys for kids. We had to buy some.
Still a great time. |

| We absolutely loved this condo. It was even nicer and larger in person than the pictures. The entire unit was spotless and beautiful. The three full bathrooms for 6 people was heavenly. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo. |

| I just wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had there the week of May 9th - 16th this year. We were not dissappointed at all. It was lovelier than the pictures. Everything we needed was available. Clean and neat, very comfortable & spacious.Excellent view and we even saw the dolphins swinmming. There were 3 couples in our group and we all had our privacy. Everyone was very happy and we are all hoping to return each year. |

| We had a great time at your beautiful condo, even though we felt like we were at a resort with all the amenities. Our family loves being on the beach, so that's what we did the most. We were amazed how loud the surf was even up on the 9th floor, so sitting on the large balcony and watching the birds diving for food and dolphins breaching down the beach line was another way to enjoy the views. Inside, the condo seemed even nicer than the photos, and our family of four could spread out, read, or watch one of the four tvs. We had some great seafood, golfed, went deep sea fishing, shopped, and saw a great show at the Alabama Theatre. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place! |

| We stayed at your condo Aug. 16 thru 23rd with 4 adults and 1 child and 1 infant. The condo was incredible...plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing when needed. My 7 year old now thinks he should have his own TV in his room back home too! Their was no noise from the hall or neighbors at all which was a past complaint we had from other places. We would highly recommend this place for a large family who is looking for high quality and a peaceful trip. Will definately look at for next year! |

Thank You for sharing your magnificent condo with us last week. I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our week. The resort is beautiful, the weather was hot & sunny and the view from the ninth floor was awesome. Everything about your condo is first class.
Our only complaint was the fact that we were only there for one week.
God willing we will be able to return again.

| What a wonderful condo. Just renovated and everything was first-class. The view was FANTASTIC from the porch, and even being able to see up the north side of the beach was an added bonus. This condominium is GREAT....we will definitely stay here again! The ammenties on site (pools, exercise room, all the cooking/blender/etc) were perfect. And its close to shopping, driving range, restaurants. Just perfect. |

A beautiful condo!! By far the best resort we've stayed at in Myrtle Beach. The condo is very spacious and plenty big enough for a large family. It's great to have a place away from home that makes you feel as comfortable as you are in your own home.
Owners are extremely helpful and very easy to do business with. Heather was also wonderful in getting back to me very quickly to answer all the questions that I had.
Resort is very clean and is very well kept. All staff was very helpful!!
Very satified and looking for a date to book for our stay next year!!!

Your condo was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Vista. It really was a great place to have a family vacation. The rooms were spacious and made you feel like you were in your own home. The beach, even during peak summer time, was not crowded. Thanks for sharing it with us!

The condo was awesome! Very spacious, clean, and an outstanding view. Having 3 full baths was handy for our family
The resort was fantastic. Our family loved the pools and lazy river. All of the pools were heated. A couple of the mornings it was between 30 and 40 outside and we were in the outside pools that were like bath water.
The location is perfect. Isolated from "the strip," but conveniently located. We were minutes from North Myrtle Beach and "Broadway at the Beach."
We searched several places on the internet prior to booking this place and could not have been happier. Robin was very courteous and offered a magnificent property at a great price!

Dear Robin & Scott: WOW-what a fantastic condo!
The moment I first walked in the condo ahead of my husband and got the first glimpse,I said, "Honey, you won't be disappointed." What a lovely condo.
Very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfy. The view was breathtaking. It was a great escape from our Ohio winters.

Robin & Heather were very helpful in all our correspondence and made us feel
