| So glad we found the Strong's condo. We've gone to S. Padre for over 25 years and looked at other condos, but none compare to the location of Sea Vista, and none compare to the Strong's condo. It's so convenient to just walk out of the condo onto the beach and they keep it in immaculate condition. Our kids loved the big beds & TV's in each rm. We'll definitely go back! |

| The condo was wonderful. Our family had a great time. We loved everything about South Padre and Sea Vista. It was a great location on one end of the beach. Never too crowded. We loved walking straight out to the beach. We tried the pool also and it was great. The updates on the condo were perfect. Thanks for sharing--we want to come back already. |

| This is our second stay at the Strong's condo, so that already says how much we love it. This June 1-10 we had another great family vacation and enjoyed all of the renovations and new furnishings especially the kitchen area and the new TVs for watching the NBA Finals! As others have said, it is so easy and friendly to contract with Kristen and Jim --- one feels almost like family. Our stay was filled with fun days at the beach, pool, sea turtle rescue and eating seafood! And we were in the perfect condo to enjoy beach viewing and privacy. Also the security of Sea Vista is very good and the personnel most helpful if you have need of assistance. It is our favorite beach vacation spot in Texas!! Hope to go again before too long. 5/14 - 5/19/09 We had a family reunion in South Padre. All of us were very pleased with spotless and cozy accommodations. The location is awesome - with direct beach access and unobstructed ocean view. If anyone is considering South Padre vacation I would highly recommend this wonderful place.

| We just got back from a week at the Strongs' condo and would go back in a heartbeat. First, the location is great: it's convenient but also very private, with a nice little sand dune right by the door. And the beach is really just steps away, with a gorgeous sunrise view. Second, the condo itself is so comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. We have 3 children and the space was perfect. The staff was attentive and Jim made sure all the details were in place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. |

We had a lovely stay at your condo over Spring Break. We were a little hesitant to stay during Spring Break, but found that the condo is far enough from the Coca Cola Beach and such that the stay is quiet enough.
We loved the condo and the fact that when you said it was right on the beach, it actually was right on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella awning was wonderful as was the complete set-up. We will definitely spend some time there again and will pass the information on to friends wanting to stay in South Padre. |

| We,(2 couples from Canada) stayed in Jim Strong's condo the last week of Feb and 1st week of March 2009 and we just simply did not want to leave!! For those who may be looking for an excellent, clean and spacious condo in an excellent location, Jim's condo at Sea Vista in South Padre Island needs to be high on your list and is sure to exceed your expectations. Everything stated on the website is true ...the condo has been completely redone, has all the amenities you will ever need and indeed you just can't get a location any closer to the beach. All the conveniences of home complete with ocean view and a few steps onto the sand! New king size beds were fantastic. Well suited for up to 3 couples and would also be a great location for those with young children. As a plus, you are not likely to find a better owner to deal with than Jim Strong!! We will be back!! |

| We had a great time, the property has just been completely renovated and is very nice,it would be good for up to six adults, more if there are children. The property is right on the beach which is fantastic and the pool is on the back side out of the wind. |

| We were at Sunny Padre the first week of February 09.The condo is fantastic, walk out the door and onto the beach.The view from inside was like looking at a picture of the Gulf everyday.The inside of the condo is all new and not a day would go by without someone in are group saying how great the place is.Jim Strong went way above and beyond to help us and we will definitely try to book here again.The complex is very secure and is in a great location for visiting the places on the Island. |

The condo was so well stocked we did not have to leave to go to the store. My children hardly fought all week. That says it all! Thank you so much again! |

| Sunny Padre was Everything advertised and then some. The Strong's Condo had everything you could want! I loved the King bed in the master bedroom...it was Very soft, get firm to the body...the View...breathtaking! Listening to the ocean waves in the morning and getting up only to walk out the patio on a little grass then on to the white sand! Ground level was awesome! I'm going there again!! |

It was more than we anticipated. The condo was very clean, it was well stocked with all the extras. The beach access was great and the view beautiful. We appreciate the Strong family, they were most accommodating. We would recommend this condo 100%. |

| I Loved it ! What a wonderful place. Right on the beach with an awesome view. Last time we rented a condo, we had to buy everything from salt and pepper and paper towels to a wine opener and trash bags. This place has everything you need ! The kitchen is well equiped and there were games, cards, tennis rackets, beach toys and even books to read. The bedrooms are hudge and very clean. We can't wait to go back ! Thanks for sharing you paradise. |

| We stayed over Mother's day weekend and had such a wonderful time. The condo and view were breath taking. My daughter loved getting up in the morning and heading out to the beach. It was like a home away from home. I know we will be back to stay again. Jim and Kristin were very prompt is answering all questions and taking you through the entire process. Wow!!! That says it all for this condo. The view is amazing and the kids had a marvelous time playing on the beach and on the sand dunes just out the door. A great place to stay for a family or just a couple.

How do you thank people who furnish a wonderful condo so that you can have a great vacation. Suppose say, "thank you so much for renting your condo to us".
We had a super week of fun and relaxation. We found so much more there than we anticipated. What a nice surprise to find the way the condo was stocked with all the extras. We felt right at home.
This was the first vacation that we had taken with the grandkids and it was a great 'making memories' time for us. Lots of laughter with fun and play time.
Thank you for sharing and helping us have a week to remember.

| What a wonderful time we just had at the Strong Family Condo! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for everyone. Beach access was nice and because it's private the crowds were perfect for the 4th of July. The security guards at the complex were also very helpful and visible the entire time we were there. Please don't hesitate visiting this location and staying in the Strong Family condo! WE would recommend it to anyone! |

| Hello I would like to share what a great experience we all had at Sunny Padre June 2006. What a view to enjoy as an early sun rise to a beautiful sunset. The view of the beach was heaven. This family getaway was well equiped with games,beach equipment and so much more. The best rest that I have received in such a long time that my family and I were sad to leave. My husband has started a summer tradition to vist SPI and this home will be one to remember. I appreciate the Strong family to share there home with strangers and end up feeling as if your apart of their family. What a wonderful Mother's Day I had at S. Padre Island. I have stayed at many different places in the past, but this was by far the best! I have never stayed at a place that had so much to offer plus more. We will be planning our next visit soon!

I'm in withdrawl from our wonderful week at this condo in South Padre as I write this. We had a fantastic time, the condo is very, very nice and was exceptionally clean. We all had our own "space" and the being on ground floor-beach front was fantastic. Just put your suit on, walk about 12 feet and you are in the sand!
Sitting on the patio anytime was so relaxing and especially at night when unwinding from a day in the sun.
It was truly a relaxing vacation with everything we needed.
The owners do a great job of having everything you would need at your fingertips.
We enjoyed the pool also and the location is very nice for running in for grocery's or dining out.
Being in a gated area is nice, the beach in front of the condo was so nice and not overcrowded.
We would definitely go back to this condo again.

| Our family just returned from a weeks stay in this beautiful condo. We had a fantastic time and the condo was perfectly represented in the pictures and description. Actually, it was even more than we anticipated. Sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sunrise over the Gulf was amazing. The beds were very comfy and every need or want we could have anticipated was covered. The owners are very friendly and accomodating and were genuinely concerned that every detail was covered so we could have a fabulous vacation. We plan on coming back to S.Padre Island, and will definitely choose to rent this condo again. |
