| very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-equipped and the large private yard is excellent for entertainment. short walk to the beach. would definitely stay again. |

| My friends and I rented the cottage for new years. The cottage was outstanding and beyond our expectations. We didn't get to go swimming or go to the beach really, but the neighborhood is great and the house is neat and tidy. A great stay overall. |

| During the last two weeks of September 2006, my sister and her family stayed at your delightful cottage. We, the sisters and friends all met there to visit and play with the children. I found the cottage all and more than you advertise. I took tons of pictures, even found the bike on the side of the house, near the chimny (butch&sundance) ingenius. Thank you for the perfect backdrop to a once in a lifetime event. |
