| The house was well equipped and in a perfect location. Set on a private road yet still close to Rt 6 making commuting easy. The ocean was minutes by car and the rail trail was within walking distance. The wooded backyard provided us with our own personal viewing of deer in the morning. The house was perfect for our family, we couldn't of been happier. |

Janet included this note when she mailed the keys back to me. "Hello Jennifer - We had a fabulous week on the cape and very much enjoyed the pleasures of your welcoming Cape home. Half the week our older daughter and son-in-law joined us and greatly appreciated the space, the yard, the deck, the toys, and the childproof nature of the house for their not quite 18-mos-old. Later in the week we had a dinner party with 2 other couples who've been staying at a nearby inn each summer for years & after an evening at the rental house really thought a house like yours is the way to go. (we thought so too!) Best regards, Janet"

Linda included this note when she returned the keys to me. "Jennifer, . . We had a great time and were sad to come home. We loved your place. The weather was exciting about the 5th of July and waves ere as high as our 12 year old. On July 6, a storm came thru and they asked everyone to get off the beach but before they a man said it was the best surfing he had ever seen. We went whale watching off of Gloucester and saw 8 humpback, 2 finback & a baskin shark. All in all, a pretty good vacation. Thanks again for all your help. Linda"

This comment was left in our guestbook at the house. "Some wonderful things we did: Trying all the ice cream parlors from Chatham to P-town on rainy days is good fun. Waking up in the morning and biking to Dunken Donuts!!!! The bike path is really close and easy to get to!!! House is quaint, cozy, well situated and very well equipped."

We have always loved the bike path, and covered the entire thing during our trip. Getting back to familiar places makes the cape feel like a second home. Spotting seals swimming along the beach is always special. We loved the house. It is comfortable very well appointed, and a great place to come back to after an active day."

Thanks for visiting our site. We hope you'll plan on renting. We purchased this home in January of 2006. It is our plan to move to the cape when we retire. We have vacationed here repeatedly. If you've never been to the Cape - we hope you fall in love with it like we have. If you've visited many times - we know how you feel. There is a real feeling of home here.
We are the 2nd owners of this wonderful property. We literally bought it from a retiring local school teacher. No kidding. We are very excited to spend our summers here and welcome you to our new home. Please let us know what would help make your stay more comfortable.
