A wonderfully decorated A-frame Beach House that is just a couple blocks from the Northern end of Litchfield Beach. This house is an easy walking distance to the ocean. It is less then a 1/8 mile south of the Huntington State Park and Beach. The house is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are easily large enough for the three king sized beds. The twin sized bed is located in the loft, and would be noisy if a young child was to sleep there while others were in the large living room below. There is one full bathroom upstairs with one bedroom and the loft, and the other full bathroom is downstairs and is shared by the two downstairs bedrooms. The floor plan is a little odd in that you pass through this bathroom to get to the laundry as well as one of the two exits to the house. This house is perfect for three couples, or a single large family. I highly recommend the property and would stay there again.
