| Our family stayed at this beautiful beach house in May 2009. This amazing home was wonderful--better than we could have imagined. The views were spectacular and the house was centrally located to activities and restaurants. Everyone we had contact with to make this vacation possible was very friendly and helpful. Cecilia, Maureen, and Gale made us feel VERY welcome. The house was very comfortable for all six of us to enjoy. I would HIGHLY recommend your home to anyone wanting a great vacation. Thanks for sharing it with us!!! |

| What a wonderful house - absolutely spectacular views! There is so much to do that repeat visits are definitely necessary. Scuba diving and horse back riding are just two of our many favorite activities. A definite two thumbs up! |

| My family and I stayed here and we were so impressed and would love to return. It's a great set up for families or couples. We have two small boys, ages 3 and 5, and they loved it! They went to the beach and looked for shells everyday, picked limes of the trees, and loved playing in the pool. The view is amazing! It was very peaceful and relaxing and just minutes from Christianstead. We highly recommend the sunset sail offered at Big Beard's. It was a great way to end a wonderful week at Isla Vista!! Thanks so much for renting us your wonderful home!! |

| We have traveled all over the world at 5 star hotels and villas. Isla Vista ranks at the top.The word "BEACH HOUSE" does not do justice to the beauty of this home, its ammenities, secluded location, magnificent views and ideal proximity to everything on the island. If you are newly-weds;have children or just want to get away; you will be in awe of the beautiful views of the ocean and Buck Island that are footsteps from you own private pool;the tradewinds that are gentle and cool;the selection of music, books, games, water toys, your own kayak, the list goes on and on.If you want your own "PRIVATE PARADISE" Isla Vista is IT!!! Thank-you Cecillia and John for sharing your beautiful home with us. |

We had a wonderful 10 days at Isla Vista. We brought our kayaks and were able to snorkle and Kayak from the house. What a treat that was. The house lends itself to both being very active as well as just kicking back with cocktails in the pool or darts on the lanai. It was truly one of our best rentals in 15yrs of caribbean villa renting. |

What a wonderful house! Kelly and I spent 2 luxurious weeks in St. Croix. Being at the house was like being in a tropical paradise. Every morning we sat on the patio soaked in the sun and kissed the sweet ocean breeze. SCUBA diving is some of the best I've done. I dove The Great Barrier Reef and Cozumel, Mexico.... St. Croix ranks right up there. Kelly and I kyaked and snorkeled half-way to Buck Island one day. BBQ by the pool and tanning in the sun almost daily. At night, Restaurant Bacchus, RumRunners and the Brew-Pub are a must! St. Croix is a must see for anyone looking to relax and throw worries to the wind. A++++ A definite "must go" destination! |

This is THE perfect beach house. We enjoyed a great week with our teens. The home and island offer something for everyone. My favorite memory - the great breezes coming through the bedroom doors at night with the soothing sound of the waves. We explored the island - very easy to drive around - lots of history - took great photos of the old sugar mills, shopped in Christiansted, snorkeled at several locations, took a boat/scuba trip to Buck Island. Enjoyed this way more than a big resort. The outdoor living area -- pool - patio & outdoor kitchen was where we truly lived. Loved pulling over to the side of the road to purchase fresh fish to grill. Truly, the most relaxing vacation we've had. Can't wait to return. |

| I had the great fortune to vacation at this "5-star" home on St. Croix. The island boasts world class scuba, snorkeling, kayaking, a National Oceanic Park on nearby Buck Island, wonderful restaurants and a fascinating colonial and European history to explore just a quick drive to the town of Christiansted. One of the best activities, however, was just hanging out at the house. It has 180 degree picture window view of the sea, with Buck Is. barely a kayak journey to the right. The lawn slopes to the beach with scattered palms and bougainvillas. The house is hidden from the road, for added solitude. Sitting at the pool looking out to sea and watching the occasional sailboat or windsurfer was pure relaxation!! Better than a 5 class resort, with all the amenities of home!! |

Serenity and luxury!!! Who could ask for more? This home is so well situated for relaxation -- gorgeous views, perfect weather, and beautiful accomodations -- that one might be tempted to just lounge around the house. But to do that would be to miss all of the fun, educational, and culturally interesting activities and sites on the island. There are beaches, golf and diving, a wonderful new historical park with kayaking, exotic looking downtown area in Christiansted, tours of local plantations and the rum factory. You will not lack as much activity as you want. Go now!

Having fifteen year old twins, it is almost impossible to find an "acceptable" vacation spot. Between the beach horseback riding, sailing, snorkeling and private swimming pool they can't wait to come back. A beautiful hose and vacation for adults and kits !!!!!! |

We enjoyed an amazing week at what is truly the perfect beach house in the Caribbean. From anywhere in the main house, covered patio, bedrooms and pool there is a beautiful view of crystal blue waters and Buck Island were er had a great time snorkeling. From this secluded yet accessable home we easily traveled to Christiansted, the North shores and South shores for diving the reefs and The Wall, visiting historical sites, and dining at reknowned restuarants such as Bacchus and Tutto Bene. We enjoyed using the kayak available at residence for day excursions including a trip to Buck Island. The house was well maintained and all the ammenities of home were provided. The best part was waking up to the soothing sound of gentle surf and light breezes. It was a great place to relax with no shortage of opportunities to have fun and pleasure. |
