Waking up to the sound of crashing surf and the
view of the ocean in the distance was wonderful.
We spent a lot of time on the deck, soaking up the
restorative ocean air. Long walks on the nearly
deserted, expansive beach were delightful.
The house is within minutes of town and within an
easy drive of both the Sonoma and Napa valleys. We
used the house as a base for our wine tasting
forays.
Our two sons, ages 22 and 25, were very
comfortable in the downstairs bedrooms.
The separation from them, with my wife and I
upstairs, was perfect.
The house is well equipped and we felt at home. We will return for another visit.
All four of us will have fond memories of our stay. |

We took some awesome drives to Jenner, Fort Ross, Occidental, Duncan Mill, Guerneville, and Sebastopol. ...Loved Goat Rock and the seals. Just an all around GREAT spot for four generations to get together and explore. June, '08
