We stayed at the condo May 26-June 2, 2007 and had a wonderful vacation. Our family joined us for part of the time and we had a ball with our 10 month old grandson on the beach. The condo was in great shape and furnished with everything we could need -- all the beach equipment and even sand toys for the baby. Our kids used the tennis rackets provided and we took our grandson to the small playground near the courts. It felt like our "home" for the week and the convenient location is great. We are hoping to use it again next year -- May was truly a perfect time to be on Hilton Head --fantastic weather and flowers blooming everywhere. This condo really suited us and I appreciated the updated decorating and it was spotless.

We had a wonderful week. The condo was comfortable and cozy. It definitely had a personal warmth to it which helped to make it home for a week. We spent most of our days at the beach and pool. My son had a great time with the pool activities they conducted one day. But we didn't do any of the others. We did catch a quick glimpse of the small alligator on the other side of your building. The crab races at the restaurant went over fantastically. In fact, both of my kids' "crabs" made it to the finals. It brought back memories for me of years back too.
All the beach extras were great. We made use of the boogie boards, chairs, coolers and toys. Even though the beach is only a short distance from the condo, we packed our lunch to eat at the beach to get as much beach time as possible.
Thanks again for renting to us. I don't know if we'll make Hilton Head an annual trip, but I'm keeping your contact information so that should we decide to go back, we know we have a place we'd like to stay at.

Carla, we had a wonderful stay and will enjoy the memories and pictures for a long time. The condo was perfect; everything we needed was there. I was impressed that dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc., were provided and we didn't have to shop for those items as we normally do.

| Well, our first trip ever to Hilton Head was a success! The condo was beautifully decorated, and very neat and tidy. It was perfect for our stay and had many amenities that added to its pleasure. The beach was wonderful, clean and neat and great for biking as well as hunting for various sea creatures! The weather was great as well. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay here and we will most likely be back! For restaurants, try the Old Oyster Factory, Steamers, or our favorite hole in the wall, the Sea Shack! |

| We had such a good time, the weather was great, the condo terrific, the length of stay too short. The condo was all you said it would be and having the beach supplies available made it so much better. It took us to the last day to get our grandson in the ocean but once in he did not want to stop playing on the shore. We will be back. Just a note to tell you what a great time we had this weekend and how much we enjoyed your condo!! What a blessing to have it at your disposal all the time!! It is obvious how much time and energy you all have put into making it comfortable! We loved it—had a perfect, relaxing winter beach weekend!
It was very blustery and cold on Saturday (but we hit the beach anyway!) and Sun. and yesterday were beautiful! We just thoroughly enjoyed it—spent the weekend reading, watching movies and visiting with our girls.
Thanks so much and we’ll hope to rent again in the future! We loved the photo of you all in the bedroom—look like happy people we’d enjoy being friends with!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was a little cloudy only about 3 good days of sun. The boys enjoyed the pool with the rest/bar and the tennis. WE can't thank you enough the condo was very clean and everything we needed was there. It will probably be the last family vacation for us since everybody is starting careers.. It is very difficult to get off at the same time, so we really enjoyed their company. Wish they were still little boys at times. Again,thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. Our daughter is 16 yrs old and this was our 1st summer vacation away from home! Your place is beautiful & the ocean!!! We got to see dolphins & fish jumping out of the water and we saw 2 crabs walking along the beach, and a horseshoe crab!!! Wow! It was a wonderful experience. We only had 1 day that wasn't sunny all day. I wish we could have stayed longer than a week! Thanks again.
p.s. Next time we will be flying!

| The careful attention to decorating detail was our first clue that special attention had been taken to create a restful vacation atmosphere. Then, we discovered that the guests before us had been inspired enough to leave a treat for us - a tradition we paid forward. Our week on the Island was a great break for us - close proximity to the beach, a nearby pool when we were too lazy to go far, great golf (can I brag about my first hole-in-one ever?). We really enjoyed our stay at your place. I can tell you put a lot of thought into making it like home. The little extras like the 2nd tv/vcr and the sand toys really made our stay better. Also, it was very helpful being on the 1st floor with 3 children! The location was perfect for us. We loved the fact that we didn't have drive to get to the beach. It didn't rain at all and was in the 60's most of the time we were there which isn't bad for December! It was very relaxing for my husband and I and fun for the kids. It was a great way to spend the holidays for us.

We took walks on the beach each morning, and it is the most beautiful,clean beach we have ever been to. My husband & daughter enjoyed the tennis courts & played daily.
