We loved the Embasea! Perfect for two families last week. Only a pitching wedge from the beach, a 1.5-2 mile bike ride to the lighthouse and village, a terrific pool setup, and the kitchen and dining table was fabulous for cooking in for our 7, but could easily handle 10. The house is very tastefully finished in every detail, and the floorplan is the perfect layout for a beach week.
Thank you very much for a great week reconnecting with beautiful St. Simons. We will be back! |

The Embasea is exquisite. All of the rooms are spacious and no detail was overlooked. We did not want to leave.
We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for 40+ people in the finished 3 car garage and it was pefect. |

This place rocks - an absolutely incredible getaway!!!
Walk out the front door, hang a right, then less than 100 yds to the water!!
Very close to dining and night life, with an incredible view of the sunrise over the Atlantic from the widow's walk! Great TVs and fireplace for watching football in the fall or a nice DVD after a long day on the beach.

| A home right out of the pages of Town and Country or Southern Living. Our three families with a gaggle of children spent a fantastic week and enjoyed all of well planned amenities. Spacious and elegant is an understatement. Relaxing on the beach just a walk away. No need to pack many clothes. Swim suits and pajama's. Make youself at home. Cheers! Mike |

This is a beautiful home in a very tranquil setting,
just steps from a quiet almost secluded stretch of
white sand beach. The home is furnished very
comfortably and the wonderful kitchen is equiped
with everything that you could need for a great
time. You will definitely enjoy a stay in this home!!!

| What an incredible beach home!!! Gourmet kitchen and beautiful heart pine floors throughout. Plenty of room for several families. This house is perfect for a secluded get away or entertaining friends and family. Steps from the beach, and right by all of the shops and restaurants on St. Simons. I would highly recommend this stunning home! |
