| We stayed at the Pham family condo in July and often talk about our wonderful stay in Newport Beach. The condo was roomy for five adults and we frequently walked from its central location to our destinations. The updated kitchen was a pleasure to use when we chose to cook. Essentials and more were provided in the kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining areas. It was a pleasure to work with the Pham family as they were both professional and friendly. We would stay at the condo again if visiting the area. |

| My friend and I spent a week in this professionally decorated, fantastic and clean vacation home. Great location, walking distances to every fun we were looking for. The owner is very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our time there. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. |

| Very fun vacation rental in the middle of all activities related to the beach; biking, rollerblading, boggie boarding, surfing, ice cream, corn dogs, fish tacos, margaritas, beer, boutique shops, fishing at the pier, walks on the beach, boating, and more. My family spent 7 nights there and wish we stayed longer. We will be back next year. |

| I rented the beach house for my parents and aunt and uncle this summer and would throroughly recommend the unit. The house itself was in an ideal location, very clean and extremely comfortable. David (the management( was extremely easy to work with and responsive... Thanks for making my familys trip to Southern California so great! |

| Thanks David, we had a great time as usual, however 4th of july is too crazy for us old timers and our kids see way to much on that day so hopefully we can rent the week before. I bought some mixing bowls and left them there for other renters cause we could not find any, no big deal at all, I will probablly ad to it every year if I see things like maybe a cookie sheet next year, but thanks for letting us come again. we loved it, KAthy |

| My family was more than pleasantly satisfied with our stay. Very clean, neat, and organized. They have new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and beautiful granite tops. I love how I can sit on the barstools and eat breakfast while reading my morning paper. Paint looks fresh and new. Every room is equipped with Cable TV. Walking distance to everything fun. My family and I plan to be back every summer. The owners are nice. |

We had a wonderful time at the Pham's lovely
condo. It is located right in the hub of all the beach
activities, restaurants and shops. Our family
enjoyed being so close to the boardwalk...they're
not kidding when they say one minute walk. The
condo is quite large and comfortable and the ocean
breeze keeps it nice and cool. Having a full kitchen
is also a great thing as even on vacation there's
nothing like relaxing over a dinner "at home." |

| My family of six stayed at the Newport Beach House, 2nd floor the week of July 7, 2007. The home was clean and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels, toiletries, bed linens, and kitchen utencils to make our stay convenient and comfortable. In the garage, there was a boogy board, two bikes, two surfboards, and a grill for our use. The home is just a short walk across the street to the shops, restaurants, beachfront, and pier. We loved our stay! Thank you so much for your hospitality - if we ever get back out to Newport again, we will certainly stay here! We highly recommend this home to anyone else who is intereseted in staying close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Thank you again! |

| Quiet, relaxing, with easy walking access to resaurants, and day or evening strolls on the beach. The owners provided fishing poles that could be used on the Newport Pier which is a 1-2 minute walk away. Boogie boards and bicycles can also be found in the garage. We had a superb time. I liked how the owners included all fees in the quote so no hassle about "other charges." We will be back next year. |

| What an amazing deal! Right across the street from the Newport pier, two balconies...one with ocean view. The owners really care about you and are easily accessible. They provided a laptop computer with highspeed internet. I brought my own computer and had wireless access as well. Highly recommended. Good space. Very fun! |

| My family of 6 total had a wonderfull time in this Newport Beach vacation rental. We stayed for 3 weeks while our house was being renovated in Oahu and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended. |
