| Excellent very spacious apparment. Ideal location for easy access to most facilities in the area, i.e. bus station, train station, old town, beach, supermarket etc. We had a great holiday in Nice based in this appartment and may well return sometime in the future. |

| My fiance and I recently spent 4 nights at this apartment in Nice. The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of the train station, the beach and Old Nice. The accommodations were very comfortable and there were nice views of the city. Stuart (owner) and Marilia (manager) were both very helpful throughout our experience. |

We had a really great time. The
appartment is kept to a very high
standard, very clean, with fully
equipped kitchen. It is very centrally
located in Nice, with easy walking
distance to shops as well as the beach.
Wouldnt mind staying there again. |

Nice was the highlight of our European Family
Vacation. This apartment made the difference. It
was spacious and had everything we desired. When
it was too hot, there was air conditioning. When it
was too bright, the blinds allowed us restful
darkness. We were enamored with the supermarket
nearby, the English movie theater just a fifteen
minute walk away, not to mention the beach, the
bakery, and the cafes. Thanks again. |

This flat was in a great location. Very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The flat is nicely furnished, the inside is VERY clean and the fact that it had wireless and air condition was a great bonus.
No negative feedback, but my only suggestion would be to supply 2 sets of keys, and possibly stack the cupboard with 1 or 2 more coffee cups, champagne and wine glasses. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again when in Nice.

| Beautifully clean and well kept flat. All the facilities you need for a relaxing break. The block was quiet at night and easy walk to the train station, beach and shops. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Communication and help from Stuart before and after stay was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and would recommend to anyone. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. |

Loved our two-week stay in Nice. Stuart & Julie's apartment is in a wonderful location--a short walk to everything, yet far enough from the crowds to feel like a little retreat at night. The apartment was full of light, spacious, spotless, well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay in your apartment in Nice. It was spotless, lovely and spacious and had everything we needed.
Its central location was perfect, not only was it within walking distance to train station, beach, shops, pubs and clubs, it was nice and peaceful at night. Thank you for a brilliant stay. Hope to return next year!!!!! |

| We really enjoyed our stay here in Nice. The apartment was centrally located for us. Just a short, nice walk to lots of dining, Old Nice, and the train station. It was nice to come "home" in the evening. |

| What a lovely apartment...so light and clean. We found it very convenient to all forms of public transport (buses and trains) and enjoyed lots of walking, shopping and dining nearby. Old Town Nice and the flower market were extra special. We would return to stay again, in a heartbeat. |

Your quaint little apartment was our oasis and retreat for four June days. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice and just loved to be your guests.
The bed is as good as I would find in a 4**** hotel and the sofas are very spacious and accommodated our 3 year old. Thanks so much for arranging a cot for our infant son. We were very grateful to you for making special efforts to ensure our comfort.
