| Amazing place to stay! My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the Jungle Cottage and absolutely loved it. The outdoor shower alone made it completely worth it -- we both left convinced that we need to build one in our backyard! Our hosts hospitality and kindness was extraordinary, and the entire place was so clean and nice and lovely. Highly recommended! |

If you want a place that is private, beautiful and where a lot of care has gone in to making your stay comfortable, then look no further.
We stayed in January and both of us battled the flu but what a wonderul place to be sick.
The outdoor shower at night. The early morning view of the lighthouse from the bed. The path from your car to the cottage. Unforgetable. |

| Last year we rented the Jungle Cottage for the first time and it changed the way we felt about hotels! The cottage's privacy, Mary's thoughfulness in appointing it, the feeling of being truly welcome made us want to go back and spend two more weeks there. Kauai's North Shore is fantastic and being able to go back to the cottage after days spent at the beach or hiking made it very special. Some of the highlights? The fantastic outdoor shower, the fresh fruit from Neil's orchard, the granola in the (lavish) welcome basket and waking up to the sound of birds. And did we mention what perfect hosts Mary and Neil are? Highly recommended. |

| The Jungle Cottage is so beautiful. We enjoyed our vacation very much. Mary and Neil are such wonderful people. Staying at the cottage was much nicer than any hotel. When you wake up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and see the sun rise. Everything was just perfect. Did I mention that I love the outdoor shower? |

| We stayed at the Jungle Cottage for 4 nights in June 07 -- it is a perfect vacation spot to explore the North Shore. The cottage is private, has great views, and has all the amenities that you could ever need. We loved the outdoor shower and sitting out on the lanai at night under all of the stars. It was a perfect spot to relax in and enjoy a much needed vacation. We would definitely recommend the Jungle Cottage to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay! |

| The jungle cottage experience was much more than the description offered on the web site. One word highlighted our stay - Paridise. This place is a must if you want peace, serenity, seclusion, a top quality home away m home. Everything you need is there including the charming smiles and very helpful info from its gracious hosts, Mary and Neil. They aim to please and are very successful in their accomlishment. |

| Our stay at the Jungle Cottage was EXCELLENT! Mary has thought of everything that one might need, and it's there. We loved the fresh fruit/bread basket along with flowers and a card. You can't get that feeling at a "hotel". From the happy moment we arrived to the sad moment we left, Mary and Neil feel like family and we will be back to stay again. |

We arrived in Kaui at the end of August, were blessed with fantastic weather and the Jungle Cottage made our vacation truly perfect. Mary, the owner, has appointed it so exquisitely you will find things you didn't even know you needed. We spent many a mornings just reading on the deck and gazing at the views and the outdoor shower is unforgettable. Mary and Neil are perfect hosts and we would definitely recommend this property. It's conveniently located yet very secluded.

| We had a WONDERFUL experience staying at the Anini Jungle Cottage. This little bungalo was truly tucked away from it all - set in a thriving green jungle landscape. It really was beautiful! The full atmosphere and beauty of this place really took us away. We felt instantly 'on vacation' and really appreciated the unique experience this cottage offered - with outdoor shower and gorgeous views from the master bed. Mary, the site's owner, really made our trip extra special too. We just had an all-around fantastic time at the Jungle Cottage. Hope to return...soon ;) |

| We arrived at the Jungle Cottage after having spent four nights in a very run-of-the-mill condo on the South Shore. The cottage was everything the condo was not: gorgeous, secluded, full of charm and comfort. Neil and Mary are exceptional hosts who manage to make themselves as available, or as invisible, as their Jungle Cottage guests wish them to be. After a day of hiking or snorkeling or just lying on the beach, the outdoor shower is paradise. And the sound of an early-morning rainshower on the wood deck just outside the front door is enchanting. I use the memory of sitting on the lanai every morning just after sunrise (in my Jungle Cottage-monogrammed bathrobe) to de-stress during a tough workday. Can't wait to come back! |

| What a delightful cottage – beautifully situated, handsomely appointed, restful, calm, and cozy with all the right amenities to make it special. During our four-day stay at the Anini Jungle House, my husband and I found the host and hostess to have just right the balance between the personal and the professional. Their warm welcome to the cottage and their knowledgeable recommendations about what to visit while on the island helped to make us feel right at home and ready to explore. If you’re looking for a lovely, private place to rejuvenate or a pied à terre from which to see the sights, the Anini Jungle House with Neil and Mary Clendeninn is the right choice. |

| We stayed in the jungle house over the New Year's holidays. It was a great experience. Very private, situated on the cliffs overlooking the ocean and lighthouse. Our hosts Neil and Mary were very helpful and welcoming. They had great tips on all the local sights! It was a beautiful island ambience and stay! We would reccomend this house to anyone who likes more than just an ordinary condo. |

| My husband and I stayed in the Jungle House for a week in September of 04. It was the most idyllic of visits that we've had to Kauai; the owners, Neil and Mary are absolutely lovely and their homes and grounds are pristine. We especially loved the early morning sun coming over the lanai and the sounds of the birds and the gentle breezes. My favorite thing was the outdoor shower, which I was hesitant about at first but it was really wonderful! And the entire house (& shower) are very private which is really important to me. You'll love it there! |
