Thanks very much for the wonderful welcome we received upon arriving at your
home. Even though there was no one here when we arrived the house
welcomed us with open arms. We felt so at home right away and the furnishings
are just wonderful – rustic elegance. We had a wonderful Christmas here in your
home – brought our tree and all the trimmings too! It was so beautiful with the
fireplace blazing – so cozy, warm and sweet. A wonderful Christmas for our
family. May your home continue to be blessed beyond your wildest dreams.

We have felt so comfortable and at home here in your beautiful house that a
week has gone by much too quickly! The website does not even do this
fantastic view justice – you just have to experience it to believe it, and the
stars at night just lit up the sky along with the milky way since it was a new
moon during our visit. There is so much to do in this area, we could use
about a month to take it all in. One day we got on the Blueridge Parkway
which is so conveniently located less than a mile from your house. Thanks for
sharing your beautiful and well-stocked home – we certainly want to come
back in the spring. It was a delight watching the hummers and feeding your
catfish!

Thank you for a wonderful two weeks in your beautiful, immaculate and
totally equipped mountain home with a sunrise we looked forward to each
day! What a great family gathering spot-we enjoyed our children for a fun
4th of July weekend and watch the mountain fireworks from your deck! What
a treat. Your black bear footstools were the hit for our three toddler
grandchildren. Also feeding the fish in the pond. We were all in awe of the
noise from the bull frogs, but never were able to see one! My granddaughter
has 2 of your caterpillars in jars waiting for them to turn into butterflies!
Again-thank you! Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing and we look
forward to another stay in the future

| What a great time!! The house is lovely with beautiful views and you can enjoy a knockout sunrise right from your bed every morning. Close to lots of things to do but so private you think you're the only people there. We had a great time and plan to return soon. Thanks again, Debra Valentine |

We vacationed her with our little boy. His first vacation at 16 weeks old...and celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary.
It was a relaxing week in this beautiful home. The sunrise is magnificent over the mountains (what a perfect name for this street). We especially enjoyed shopping in downtown Waynesville - Mast General Store,pulled pork & fried green tomatoes at Old Mountain Barbeque, and our romantic dinner at Old Stone Inn.
What fun we had visiting friends and family...

We wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had at your beautiful mountain retreat home!From the moment we arrived (thanks for the wine, cheese and sausage) to our departure on Saturday, we enjoyed every minute.
There was something to do for everyone. This vacation brought us all back

My family and I enjoyed the most relaxing and beautiful week in this lovely house.
We woke up each morning to breathtaking panoramic sunrises, had coffee on the porch and enjoyed the view every day.
The house is elegantly appointed with luxurious furnishings and every kitcheng gadget you could need.
The gas grill on the porch made for fun dinners each night (on the porch, of course).
Day trips into Waynesville and Sylva were very enjoyable and and a wonderful way to enjoy the local scene.
Definately not your typical rental. We would return immediately! |
