| We loved staying in this condo. Everything was so neat and clean. The kids love having two pools. The beach was amazing. It was so nice have the beach chairs everyday. We didn't have to carry our own each day. There were some great places to eat that were local. Our favorites was Dusty's and Jennies One Stop Diner. They have the best breakfast. The homemade ice cream shop was good also. We can't wait to come back to PCB and Sunrise Beach! |

This condo is beautiful, brand new, and spotless. The decor is so much fun in bright vivid beach colors and yet obviously professionally done. From the minute you walk in you will feel right at home with a friendly staff in the lobby area to having every amenity necessary to make your stay perfect in the unit. Don’t worry about the height you can hear the waves loud and clear and you can see the marine life and sunsets from the LARGE balcony.
My husband and I originally planned a 5 night stay at this condominium but loved it so much we extended our stay. Panama City Beach has definitely had a face lift in recent years and it is just the beginning of many more to come. It is only about a 20 minute drive to the famous Seaside and Watercolor resorts and 40 minutes to Destin shopping. Be sure to take 30A to take the scenic drive through Seaside and other beautiful communities.
Dave and his wife Jane were wonderful in helping us with every aspect of booking the unit and also suggested many local attractions. You should not hesitate to book this condominium! Take good care of it so we all can enjoy it for years to come. We will be returning. Happy shelling!

TIP… If you are looking for great local food at half the price Montego Bay has a wonderful lunch menu between 11:00 and 3:00. The grilled grouper is fantastic and so is the frozen key lime pie! It is locally owned and has been around for years! It is east of the condo in the Edgewater area in the little strip mall across from the Holiday Inn. There is a Cinema 10 movie theater next door to it.
Almost across the street from the condo is a locally owned “hole in the wall” ice cream parlor. It is next door to the Subway sandwich shop. The sign boasts homemade ice cream made daily and it is great! If you really want hand churned ice cream it is!
Our nicest meal was Salt Water Grill. The aquarium was nice, the food was excellent, and the service was quite good. We didn’t make it to Boars Head but we were told by locals that for a really nice meal you cannot go wrong!

Jane worked hard with her friend Teri on the "beach sandals" decor and was thrilled that you enjoyed their bright color selections. We were also glad that you enjoyed "The Salt Water Grill" and discovered some of the many new changes taking place in the PCB area. Within the next year additional new restaurants such as "The Bonefish Grill" and Ruth's Chris Steak House along with 3 new Starbucks locations in Pier Park (1,000,000 sq. ft. shopping mall) will be opening within one mile of our condo. Welcome To Sunrise Beach Unit 1607 !!!
We hope you have a wonderful visit to Panama City Beach. We have seen dolphins swimming in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony. If you want to see many dolphins and one of the top rated beaches in the United States, drive over to Captain Anderson's just a short drive from our condo and arrange for a cruise to Shell Island. Evening Dinner - Sunset cruises are availble and fishing trips are available. Great Scuba diving is also available nearby. Great golf courses are available including The Jack Nicklaus desinged course at the Bay Point resort. Please visit the Resort Quest lobby near the 5th floor pool deck area in our building for Guide books of area attractions in the PCB area. Many fine restaurants are listed in this guide book including 30 Degrees Blue, The Saltwater Grill (fabulous aquarium to view), The Breakers (nice view of the Gulf) and Captain Anderson's.
Casual dining with beach ambience exist at The Boatyard, Spinnakers and Schooners. Have fun renting Wave Runners/Jet Ski's, Ski Boats, Sail Boats or charter a fishing boat. Or simply relax at our beautiful pools and walk the white sand beach with the wind in your face and the sun on your back. Enjoy your stay and relax.
