Stayed the winter of 06 during the storm and lost power for a few days. It was still superfun cooking on the wood stove, playing poker by flashlight. It was a wonderful experiance! Can't wait to go back.

This is such a charming cottage!
You have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The beds are heavenly! I also appreciated the quality furniture and appliances. I even noticed how great the door handles, light fixtures and faucets are(!)
I really like that you leave the little food extras so we didn't have to buy every last detail to make a good meal. We had "Christmas in July" dinner and you had every pan, bowl, utensil and appliance needed to pull it off.
This whole neighborhood has a great feel. You have a very Special place here-I hope it makes you rich :)
I have passed your name along to several local friends and relatives.

Thank you for the chocolates & wine. I grew up eating Biscotti from my Italian Grandmother's recipe. It was a nice treat.
A nice brief time for my husband and my 22nd wedding anniversary.

What a great cabin, you've done such a nice job making it cozy. It's nice to have so much stuff at the house, from the utensils and cookware to plenty of towels. So glad I saw your listing and I'd be sure to recommend it to others.
Thank you too for letting us extend the checkout to 2PM with the time change and two little ones, it was a life saver.

just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed the cabin. Our New Years was relaxing ad quite, just what we needed.
It was such a nice walk to explore and see all the great stuff that is along the river!
Where did you get the bed in the room to the right of the bathroom? It would be perfect in my new house. I just loved the wood and iron slats. Also could you let me know where the comforter came from. It was really nice and my old one is worn out.
Anyway, we had a wonderful time and appreciate all your efforts in renovating the cabin. Your attention to detail was very apparent.

Thank you for the wine and card, it was very thoughtful. Your cabin is beautiful. I love the decor and the furniture. I love the layout as well, it worked very well for us. I would love to rent it again and bring my parents sometime. Our friends would like to rent it out again soon as well. (maybe when it's actually snowing rather than raining) The skiing didn't work out because of the rain, but it was cozy and comfortable to just stay in.
We did our best to treat everything with the utmost respect and leave things the way we found them. Again thank you for the opportunity to enjoy such a lovely place. We will cherish the memories.
