| The house was perfect! We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room for everybody. Not to mention it's a quick walk to the water and right in the middle of it all on the North Fork. I would definitely stay there again. |

The cottage is great and well located just a short walk to some of the nicest beaches on the North Fork. We had everything that we needed for our family during the stay at the cottage. It was clean and well stocked. The little red wagon was a great bonus it really make it easy to transport the kids and their beach stuff back and forth. Lastly, Erica was great to deal with in setting everyting up. Her description of the proert and its' contents was right on. Definite would rent again. |

| I would highly recommend this cottage. My wife, four-year-old daughter and I returned for the second year in a row this summer. We spent a week in July, and didn't want to leave. The cottage itself is cozy and clean, and in a quiet area close to a small calm beach--perfect for our toddler. I'm sure we will return again. |

| The inside of the summer rental was very nicely decorated..but the yard was less than desirable old furniture and it needed to be raked....large deposit required for one week ($500.00) and wont return the deposit for a month....wont rent again... |

Homeowner Response:
We value the satisfaction of our renters & that is why we mailed the return deposit within 2 weeks of renters departure (which was 7/27/08), and were surprised by the comment about our 3-year-old furniture in the yard, since the renter viewed the home & yard prior to renting. We are more than happy to make the cottage available for viewing prior to rental, also send photos, and are available via email for any questions.

I rented this cottage for 4 days, 3 nights last weekend. It was clean, cozy and right in the middle of everything, which is a real bonus. The decor is adorable, and everything in the house has a useful purpose. On first approach, its size is deceiving - it was rather spacious and can comfortably house 5-7 people (we were 4 and had plenty of room). Ideal for families, the cottage has many kid friendly touches and my daughter loved that! In fact, we all loved it - I'm very picky about cleanliness and decor and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Erica.

Just got back from this delightful little cottage, which my husband and I rented with another couple for the weekend. The place is lovingly appointed, with many sweet touches. Perfect eat-in kitchen for morning pancakes! We rented kayaks at the marina down the street, and spent an afternoon on the water. Heavenly. I think that New Suffolk and Mattituck might be the most charming and "authentic" feeling towns in the area. Sleepy and delicious. |

Well i just got back from a few days there ~ it was simply wonderful ~ tranquil, and ever so scenic / picturesque !!!! I went alone to get in some " ME " time and what the perfect place to unwind and re-group !! Also as a single female i felt TOTALLY safe and at ease the ENTIRE time !!
The beach is DEF a 3 min walk ! & you are certainly surrounded BY water !!! Its also 15 mins from westhampton beach - where i had lunch yesterday w. a good friend - ( so its not deep into the north fork ) its 20 mins away from the riverhead tanger outlets etc I had lunch in orient point another day - which was also a delightful ride ~ probably only about 20 mins away !
so you DEFEENITELY get in a little of everything ~ i INSTANTLY felt relaxed -just approaching the road to the house !!
the drive there is actually quite effortless !! i drove in from manhattan- it was easier than what i thought indeed !
I will recc this special place to fam and friends indeed ! i felt like i was sooooooooooo far away yet it was so close to home !

| We had a really wonderful, romantic time in Cutchogue at this house. It's in a very convenient location and is about 1 minute walking time from the beach. The house was clean and cozy. I found the dining and entertainment recommendations collated by the owner to be extremely helpful. We had a wonderful weekend. Absolutely no complaints. |

| We had a lovely week's stay in New Suffolk. We had 2 infants in tow, and the house was clean and cozy. We took many beautiful walks to the beach and barbequed in the back yard. It was a great spot to get to all the fantastic wineries as well (Lenz was our favorite)! Would recommend this property for a family with small children. Thank you, Erica |

What a wonderful little house, in the most wonderful town on the North Fork! The house was just what we expected--clean, funky and modern, yet comfortable. Perfect for children, there's a room with bunk beds (always fun) and a sweet little backyard with a playhouse. The street was quiet, quiet, with the friendliest, kindest neighbors. The beach is a short walk away--just down the street and to our surprise, there was a beach wagon for a our use to haul gear without need for a car. And what a beach! Warm, calm water, soft sand, not too crowded. There are tons of farms and wineries within a short distance. We never felt the need to go to a supermarket. Plus, a 1.5 hour drive from NYC. Why would anyone bother with the Hamptons? |

| So perfect for a family get-a-way! We came here with our 2 young kids (ages 5 and 2) and we had such a great time. The beach is perfect for kids and easy to walk to (even for my 2 year old). The house is very clean and comfortable, and everything is new which makes it especially nice. We also enjoyed playing in the back yard (there's a little play house for the kids). I will definitely be back - thanks for a fabulous vacation!! |

| This is truly adorable, cute and cozy. It was just what I expected, clean, new and modern. The beach was the best part; it is a short walk from the house sandy clean and not crowded. The famous Legends restaurant was just down the road. Just what the doctor ordered. |

| Our stay here was lovely. The house is cozy and bright with attractive, modern furnishings. From the spacious backyard to the bunk beds to the nearby beach, it was a perfect getaway with the kids. We couldn't believe how close the beach actually was, not to mention the lovely restaurant facing the water, literally right around the corner! For the grown-ups, it is also nice to know that the house is situated in the heart of LI's wine country. We will definitely be back! : ) |
