| I had a wonderful stay at this Condo during the month of July. It is a beautiful setting right on the beach & very well furnished. It was a great home away from home for the month I was there -- hearing the surf, walking the beach, internet access, and everything one needs for a great stay. I plan to return soon & I highly recommend it to others. Have fun! |

| My husband and I stayed with our 2 young children at one of ERS's condos in Corpus Christi over the 4th of July weekend. We had a GREAT time. The Condo was clean and had all amenities. The bldg and parking was behind gates and we never had a problem finding a spot. The elevator made it great to haul all our beach stuff out to the beach each day. The ERS staff was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again! Thanks ERS |

We were very impressed with the accommodations at Villa del Sol. The condominium facilities were well kept and the room was fully equipped, creating a comfortable and relaxing stay. Especially enjoyable was the scenic view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony (Room 1207). Within the facility were a number of things to do for entertainment including two hot tubs and two pools. With private access to the Corpus Christi beach and just minutes away from tourist attractions (Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington), we were very satisfied with our stay. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo and felt very secure as it is a gated complex and even had a guard on the gates at night. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and was well appointed with extras. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony overlooking the bay was great. Even with the condo being right on the beach, it was nice to use the two swimming pools and hot tubs.We were a short drive from the Lexington and Texas State Aquarium and access to the Interstate was very easy. We look forward to comming back and will be telling everybody about your condo. Rick was very helpful answering all our questions and even help us with our site seeing activities. Thank-you and we will see you again

We had a great time staying at your property!
The location is excellent as it is just a few blocks from the Lexington ship, several souvenier shops, a convenience store, a fast-food restraunt and dining restaurants, including Pier 99 which had excellent live bands. And, for shopping "in town", it was nice to find a Walmart and other local conveniences only a few exits away, in Portland.
We look forward to future reservations with you.

I just want to let you know that if you ever want to stay at a great Condo in Corpus Christi this is the best of the best. Last September my husband was working in Corpus and he was staying in a little Motel close to the plant but it was just a Motel if you know what I mean. He responded to an ad he found in the paper for ERS Condos. He spoke to eRS Condos. They were able to offer my husband an excellent price and a nice place where at least he could feel as if he was at home. I would come down every other Friday and stay the weekend. The property is very nice and has all the amenities any one would ever need. My husband stayed there from September through November 18 2006 and we did not have any problems. A few weeks ago I had e-mailed eRS Condos at the last minute to see if I could reserve a condo for the weekend of Memorial Day. The eRS Condos Team was very pleasant to work with and made my reservations right away. Unfortunately during that week of Memorial Day weekend my husband was laid off his job and I was unable to go to Corpus. With the help of the eRS Condos Team, the entire rental was refunded back to my account. If you want to stay at a great place close to major attractions in Corpus, with the best customer service I will recommend ERS Condos. Every time I visit Corpus, this is where I will stay.
