| My family and I had the pleasure of renting at the end of Sept. 2009. The house is a perfect location for walking to town and the beach, even for my 81 year old mother, and the neighborhood is quiet. Could actually hear the surf from the bedroom window. Internet access works well for those of us who cannot leave home without our computers. Will definitely rent again. |

| My wife, two children and 5 grandchildred stay at 303 Bayard in Rehoboth. The stay was very enjoyable with the house being so convenient to the beach, shopping,and dinning. We would diffinently rent agan from this owner. |

| I wanted to surprise my husband with a Valentine's Day Weekend in our favorite getaway town ~ Rehoboth. When John made me a deal for the entire house that I couldn't refuse, I decided to invite our friends. We were very pleased with the accomodations, the privacy of the house, and its close proximity to all things Rehoboth. We walked everywhere accept to the grocery store! |

| My family stayed here for days over Christmas. It was a perfect house and location for us - easy access to parks, beach and boardwalk. We had a great time and would go back again. The owner was very easy to deal with. |

| My family stayed here in June 2008. The house was clean, nicely decorated and walking distance to everything, including beach. My kids easily walked to restaurants and beach. We will definately stay here next summer. |

Great porch, fun location for running, biking, shopping and beach is 2 blocks....a fine walk.
Love the wireless connection and the master bedroom set-up for a small family is great, then a great 3 bedroom set-up for another family upstairs. |

| We stayed here w/ a bunch of friends and had an absolute blast. The house is so much more than a beach house. The bedrooms are good size. Great location so you don't have to worry about parking and moving your car and there is a grill in this cute backyard w/ a nice round picnic table. I could see this working for a family or a group of friends. |

| This house is fabulous! The location is perfect, the rooms are immaculate and well-appointed, and the master bedroom is huge. I loved every minute of my stay at 303 Bayard. I highly recommend this property. My family is already planning our next trip! |

| Excellent location and enjoyable despite being on a busy through street. Large open rooms on first floor with a well-appointed MBR on that level. Porch furniture works well for short periods--that is, I didn't find it comfortable for hours on end spent reading! But more than adequate for sipping your morning coffee. Upstairs efficiently designed for use of space. Would rent it again. |

| This house was beautifully decorated & very comfortable for our young family. The weather was not the best when we were in Rehoboth, yet we never got cabin fever because the house was so great and roomy feeling. We would rent this house again. |

| The house was newly-furnished and gorgeous inside and out. The kitchen had everything we neeeded and there were two outdoor grills. It was just a short walk to downtown Rehoboth and to the boardwalk. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend this property. |
