My husband & I stayed here for a week, and it was a wonderful get-a-way! The view is absolutely stunning, and I spend every morning drinking coffee on the balcony, and every afternoon on the beach. It was quiet and safe, and just perfect. Kudos to the Propes for taking just good care of their condo, and communicating with us.

| Our family enjoyed the condo and the beach for a week in June 2009. What a wonderful vacation we had! Darling condo. Fantastic location to the beach and pool! We highly recommend! Very nice owners. No troubles at all. |

| The Gulf Beach Retreat is a wonderful place to stay !! It has one of the most beautiful views you could ever ask for. The room, which is very nice, is just a few steps from the beach. The Propes are very nice people and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great vacation. We will definitely visit again ! |

| This was our second summer vacation at the "Gulf Beach Retreat". We stayed from the July 4th through the 11th. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico made for the perfect location to propose to my long time sweetheart. She said yes on a crystal clear 4th of July night, with fireworks overhead. Very romantic. Thanks for helping to make our stay one we will remember for a lifetime. |

| We had a wonderful time. This condo was the perfect place for our beach getaway. It has the best beach view I have ever had and the boardwalk to the beach practically ends at your front door. The Propes are very nice people and very easy to deal with. We will be back. |

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very family friendly and in the perfect location. There was a beautiful view of the beach/ocean from the patio. The weather was perfect and the water was still warm. This was one of the most beautiful beaches we've visited and it wasn't very busy this time of year, so it was like having our own private beach. We even saw dolphins swim by as we sat on the beach! The condo was in the perfect location with the beach a few feet away. Pools and hot tubs were great too. We didn't want to leave!

| We had a great stay. The condo was very nice and a great size for 2 adults and 3 kids(much better than a hotel!!) LOVED that it is an end unit and very easy to access parking lot, pool and beach. This time of year is definitely the time to go- it was still beautiful weather and not crowded at all. We hope to come back! |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is
situated in a prime spot within this complex so you
get really nice views of the Gulf and sunset. The
furnishings are new and tasteful and the bed was
very comfy. There's only 1 short flight of stairs up
to this unit and it's very convenient from the
parking area when you're lugging suitcases.
Amanda answered all my many emails quickly and
courteously. Highly recommended and I'm looking
forward to our next visit! |

| Very neat, clean, and cute! The view from the balcony is amazing! Loved the great access to the pools and boardwalk to the beach. It was our first time renting from an individual, and Amanda made it a breeze. It was Definitely a great vacation! |

| We had an enjoyable stay at Gulf Beach Retreat. The unit is tastefully decorated, very updated and comfortable. Loved the view of the ocean thru the white sand dunes! The balcony was perfect for breakfast (loved the table and chairs!) Having a keypad (and not having to worry about a card/key) was very convenient, also. We loved the "extra touches" such as books, CDs, fluffy towels, that catered to our experience. This was our first experience booking a condo directly through the owner, and Amanda made it very easy. She is prompt, honest, and eager to make your stay the best ever! Thanks for an awesome Spring Break! |

| After countless trips to FL beaches, hotels and condos, this place is our new beach destination! It was common to see only 10-20 people on the beach at any given time and often we had the pools to ourselves. The condo was PERFECT for a small family with bunk beds and a bedroom. We spent many hours enjoying the front row seat we had of the beach from the balcony. We couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay and will definitely be coming back! |
