| Our recent stay at the Chen's Reunion Resort villa could not have been more positive. James is a responsive, straight-forward owner and a pleasure to work with. For me and my family, the location of the resort itself (away from the congestion of International Drive and Highways 192, 535 and 536, yet still in close proximity to everything) was perfect. We were most impressed with the condition of the villa itself. It is luxuriously appointed and meticulously maintained. Rent this villa with absolute confidence. |

| Excellent booking and information procedure. Apartment and resort exceeded our expectations. Quick and easy access to main motorway meant travelling to various attractions was not too time consuming. Would definitely recommend this apartment. |

| We have just come back from a 10-day vacation visiting WDW parks with our 3 kids and 2 nephews. James' condo was the perfect place for a large family. Three large bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a terrace to have breakfast overlooking the golf course make this appartment a great choice for vacations. It is very well decorated (brown and sand colors), with very good linens and towels. In addition Reunion is a 5-star resort just 20' away from WDW parks. Finally, I would like to mention that James was very helpful at all times and everything run as agreed. We definitely reccommend this condo to all our Argentine friends and we are sure we will come back soon. |

I stayed at James's Condo in Reunion for 3 weeks with my Wife & 2 kids (6 & 2 years). We had a fantastic time! The Condo is really modern and spaceous and centrally located to all of the amenities within the resort. James was very efficient during the booking process and made sure that we had all of the information to make the most of our stay at reunion. We spent a lot of time at the waterpark which was perfect for our young kids.
I will deinitely be going back to Reunion again as it gave me the living space of a villa with all of the facilities of a hotel, which in my book makes for a perfect holiday. Thank you James.

We just returned from a week vacation in Ginn Reunion. James' condo was
perfect for our family - the nicest one we have stayed at in the Orlando
area and we have been several times. Our children are 17 and 16 and the
condo was spacious enough so that everyone had there own place to retire
after a long day out. The condo was immaculate and perfectly situated
in the complex. Basically close to everything that one would need. As
for the overall complex Ginn, we also don't have a bad thing to say.
From the guard at the front gate to the gentlemen at the golf pro shop -
everyone was kind, friendly, and professional. Views from the roof deck
pool are spectacular. Finally, working with James was super easy. He
was very accommodating and very professional. We will certainly
consider James' condo in our future stays in the Orlando area. Thanks

| We just returned from a 12 day trip and had a wonderful time. This condo is perfectly located within walking distance to the club house, seven eagles pool, and main building. Beautiful view of the golf course, spacious layout and very clean. It's a perfect location and we will be returning this xmas!! We travelled with 3 kids, 9,8, and 5 and they loved the water park. We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo.
Wonderful 3 bedroom condo,very spacious with
private bedrooms. One of the nicer 3 bedroom units
we've ever stayed at. Communication with James

What a wonderful and relaxing vacation we had in
Florida, staying at the Chen family's beautiful
condo. Everything there is top-notch. The water
park is amazing - my kids had more fun in the lazy
river and the water slides than they did at Disney!
The condo was quiet, extremely well-kept, and
conveniently located. And James was so
accommodating - it was a perfect vacation and we

Our visit was really terrific. The Reunion experience was first class and the resort staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. I wish we would have more time to interact with them but we were at Disney each day all day. Your condo was perfect for my family of 5 and was a great respite from the craziness of Disney. Having the clean perfectly appointed space was a huge plus for us when we needed to recharge for another day. Really comfortable mattresses by the way. We will definitely call you again when we come back down to Orlando .

Working with James was a pleasure and his condo is well maintained and is furnished with quality top notch furniture and appliances. I travel alot and have stayed at many 5 star hotels where I have paid more and gotten much less. The thing I liked most was how quiet it was. James, your place was fantastic. Why anyone visiting Disney would pay for a hotel room when they can have your unit for the same price is beyond me. The unit and the amenities offered are 4-star. Everything is at your finger tips, you really can’t get any closer to the parks other than staying right there. Water park for kids was great, and to top it off I played golf. Too expensive at the Ginn resort, but Champions Gate is less than 2 miles down the road. Played there for 57 bucks on Thanksgiving Day. Lastly when we left the only thing on the bill was 115 dollars cleaning fee which was covered by the owner. Thanks for a great vacation!

| The condo and Reunion Resort in general was everthing that we expected. Just as nice--if not nicer--than in the photos. Plenty of space for a family. Close enough to all the parks (15-20 min) but so peaceful to go back to! A++ water park too! We hope to return, and recommend it without reservation. |

Just a quick note to thank you so much for making our holiday a one that we will never forget!
We have been to Florida on many occasions but never have we stayed anywhere like Ginn Reunion resort.
Your condo is absolutely fabulous. There is so much space and it is furnished to an incredible standard. The resort itself is great for both adults and children. Our children loved the water park and would have been quite happy spending all day every day there!
We will return and have already decided that we will not stay anywhere but your condo at Ginn Reunion!!

My family and I were extremely impressed with the quality of accomodations . We flew in from Vancouver and Jame's condo was the perfect remedy for 3 tired travellers.The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the facilities top notch. Play the golf courses. They are great for all levels of golfers. All in all a great vacation.

It was everything we had anticipated! It would have
been nice to have wireless internet; however, every-
thing else was "perfect". Your condo unit is
especially clean and that was really nice having an
exceptional clean condo unit! The pools were nice
and the golf course view was nice in the morning and
watching the hot air balloons in the mornings while
staying in your unit.

We have just returned from our vacation and have had the most wonderful time. The Apartment is second to none, luxurious and comfortable. The resort is great, excellent facilities and so close to the theme parks. Having the water park on your door step is great.
Dealing with James makes the whole process so easy as he is very helpful. 5 stars and no hesitation in giving James and this apartment our full recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reunion Resort. With two pools plus a waterpark, we spent three of our seven days relaxing at the resort (in between Disney and Sea World jaunts). We have three young boys and it was nice to have so much space in James' condo for them to play. The condo is top notch - beautifully decorated, everything new and in great condition, with lots of amenities! The condo is in a great location within the resort as well. It is within walking distance to a playground, tennis courts, both pools, spa, golf course, everything really. We chose to drive to the waterpark, but it wasn't necessary. James' condo is also an end unit and there was virtually no outside noise to disturb us. The balcony overlooks the golf course and we loved eating outside and soaking up the sunshine! I highly recommend this condo and Reunion Resort. We will be back!! Thanks James!

| The accomodations are as good as you can poosibly get, and the location of the condo is great! This is without question a 5 star resort (on par with The Four Season's and Ritz Carlton), at a fraction of the cost. They have everything you could possibly want or need, and Mr. Chen was great to work with. |

| Why would we stay anywhere else? The accomodations, service, and location of the Reunion resort are second to none. Mr. Chen's condo is the perfect alternative to a standard hotel room when you have a party of more than two people. The golf courses are phenomenal and if you are worried about affordability look no further. No one takes care of their guests like Mr. Chen, just send him an email...you won't regret it! |

| Wow!!!! Where should I start. My wife and I were looking for a vacation spot in which we could take my parents. From the moment we arrived everything was first class. I would recommend this resort to anyone. If you think the pictures on the web look good, then you will love the resort. The golf courses are amazing! We did not play, but next time we are definitely taking our clubs. The location for Disney could not be any better. It took us no longer than 10 minutes to get from the resort to the parks, and getting there is easy. For us, it is not a question of IF we will return; it is a question of WHEN we will return. Mr. Chen is great to work with and responds very quickly to all questions and emails. Don't waste time looking at other places in the Disney area because you won't find another place that compares. Thank you Mr. Chen for allowing us to stay at your phenominal resort. We truly do not have one negative comment or complaint. |

We spent a week over Thanksgiving and could not have enjoyed it more. The condo is fantastic and luxurious. Our son LOVED the water park and the food is great. Close enough to Disney to enjoy and then back to the resort for an afternoon in the pool. Although we did not have time to golf it looks great as well.
I will absolutely recommend to both family and friends. When we go back to the Orlando area we would definetly stay here again. Thanks |

I would just like to say that the resort and the unit itself was beautiful, my wife and I could not say enough about it. The kids loved the idea of having not only their own huge beds, but a T.V. in their rooms as well (not allowed at home). We found that the unit had everything we needed to may our stay as comfortable as possible. The stores and all of the theme parks were relatively close and convenient. Check in and check out went smoothly, all of the employees were very helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the water park area as well, although we did not get much use of it due to the fall hours. I would not only recommend your place to others, I would consider it again if we return to the area anytime soon. My family thanks you for a wonderful stay, we would never stay in a hotel again if there were places like yours available.

This was by far the best condo we ever stayed in while at Disney. Mr. Chen was so helpful throughout the entire process and when we opened the door to the condo everyone's mouth flew open in awe. Well what can we say, we have just returned from
Reunion after a 14 night stay. One of the most
amazing places we have stayed at in Orlando over
the past 10 years. The condo is beautiful and
defnitely home from home. The golf courses are
some of the best in Orlando, the facilities are
second to none, especially the water park and the
food that they serve there.
We will defnitely be going back to stay at this
Condo, we highly recommend it and we were liucky
enough to see Tiger Woods play. |

| Wow! You could not ask for a better place to stay while on a vacation to Orlando, especially for the price. The condo was extremely comfortable, well located within the resort and close (but not too close) to all the Disney action. We played the brand new Jack Nicklaus course and it was great, very challenging bunkers and greens. The water park is perfect for families - you could spend your whole trip there. Reunion service was spot on. A terrific place to stay. |
