We have arrived home after our three week vacation at your condo and I wanted to send you an email to say THANK-YOU so much for your honesty and straightforwardness in representing your condo on-line. We had an absolutely awesome time at Cocoa Beach and enjoyed staying at your place. The unit was exactly what we expected due to your great communication with us prior to our stay.

Pam and I would like to pass on to you how wonderful our visit to Cocoa Beach was and the fabulous condominium you allowed us to rent. The ocean front views were wonderful and the entire Condo and its contents/amenities were absolutely fantastic! We did have dinner at Heidi's German restaurant and it was sensational!!!!! We were the only patrons Tuesday night with our own pianist!!!
If we ever come back to this area (which we will), I hope that you will offer us the opportunity to rent your condo again. We would be very grateful.

| What a wonderful place you have! Our family loved it. The pictures don't do this well-equipped, family friendly condo justice. The sunrises from the balcony were beautiful, and we had the most peaceful, relaxing time. Thank you!! |

| We stayed here for a week in May and had a fabulous time! The condo is in great condition - very clean and comfortable with an AMAZING balcony! And, to top it off, this is definitely the best location in Cocoa Beach. Once you go to the grocery store once, you can park your car for the whole week and never move it again! Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance! |

| The condo was exactly like the pictures and description state. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were there for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay there again. I would recomend this place if you are going to Cocoa Beach. |

| Words cannot express how much our family enjoyed our June 2008 stay in your condo. It was fabulous! The condo was beautiful and was in a perfect location for dining and shopping. The view of the ocean was great. Being able to overlook the ocean as we sat on the balcony was truly relaxing. I have already recommended your condo to other family members! Great experience. This is truly an awesome vacation condo. The description is 100% accurate. The condo is beautiful and the location is fabulous.
My wife and I spent 5 days here in July 2007 and enjoyed every minute of it.
Owner was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future. |
