| This clean, comfortable, well-equipped holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a new development along Chincoteague Bay. Our family (parents and three sons, late teens and into twenties) enjoyed our stay as the house was conveniently located for seeing the area, as well as being about 25 mins from the beach and grocery shopping. There were bikes available to ride at the house and passes for using the swimming pool. All the bedding and linens were provided, a well equipped kitchen plus a screened porch and a deck. A memorable and enjoyable family holiday. |

| Spacious, well-equipped, clean, very comfortable home on a cul-de-sac in a quiet but well-appointed development along Chincoteague Bay. Satellite TV with big screen, community pool privileges, screened porch, bedding and linens provided are among the many great features. Our family vacation combined reading, playing games, and relaxing around the house with trips to the beach on the National Seashore off Chincoteague. Cleaning service helps cap off a delightful week with an easy, pain-free getaway. Not that we want to leave! Many thanks to the owners for contributing to a wonderful time with the family that we'll remember for many years to come! (Mid-summer one-week vacation rental, parents and three daughters from late teens to early 20s.) |

We visited this lovely cottage in mid-July 2008. It was a very last minute decision to visit, and we were fortunate to find availability.
We were interested in Chincoteague and had a plan to visit Ocean City once or twice during our visit. With that in mind, this cottage was a perfect base for all five of us (3 kids).
Check-in process was smooth. Cottage was well kept. Harry was terrific and very helpful.
Though we had to drive about 20-25 minutes to get to the Assateague beach, it was well worth it. Further, if we wanted peace and quite, we needn't go anywhere - the place is very quiet.
One word of advice...get a GPS or very good direction to the property if arriving at night. Our GPS took us right to the front door, but imagining a visit at night without a GPS ... I would be struggling.
Otherwise, a great place overall. Thanks for a wonderful last-minute vacation trip!
(Lots of birds, crabs, clams, fish, and beaches but not a lot of crowd.) |

| What a find!!!This home is conveniently located to Chincoteague Island and Ocean City. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures and has an open living area that enhances the size of the home. The homeowner graciously supplied all of our bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels, cooking utensils, cookware, gas grill, and beach toys! The big screen TV was a plus for relaxing after a day at the beach! This home is very well-maintained and clean and the bedrooms are all roomy, especially the Master bedroom. Merrimac Court is a quiet cul-de-sac that allows for relaxing while being close to the clubhouse. The large screened-in porch is also nice for relaxing early in the morning with a cup of coffee! We think you'll enjoy your stay here!!! Todd and Trish |
