| We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. It was large enough to fit our large family with room to spare. We will definatly keep this house in our thoughts next time we are traveling that way. Thanks once again for a wonderful weekend. |

| It was the perfect size for the bride and her side of the wedding party. It was clean and the new deck provided a perfect view of the most beautiful sunset after a magical day. We are lakers but it was also fun in October. We would not hesitate to come back again and would recommend it to others. |

We had a wonderful time staying at the lakehouse. The weather was on our side and the view was beautiful.

Our CRS Group had a wonderful time. This is an annual event for a group of retired ladies who love the water and love to shop. The Woodlands, outlet malls and Old Town Spring provided that. The house was a wonderful gathering place and cozy for visiting. The decks were great and the weather was perfect. The one downside was that one of the ladies in the group was a "pool shark" and kept everyone on their toes!
The security in April Sound is phenominal....ask all who we accidentally left off the list!
I would recommend this place for special ocassions, holidays or just a getaway.
Thank you Dawn and Tom for your hospitality! Look forward to another visit.

| We rented the lakehouse for the week of our wedding. It was wonderful to have close family and friends nearby. The house and its location were perfect. The game room downstairs got plenty of use with ping pong and pool tournaments! The balcony and decks were wonderful to cool off under, not to mention swimming in the lake. The house itself was very comfortable and in and inviting. We plan on going back next summer too! |

| A spacious condo with many windows to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Conroe. My husband and I stayed 6 nites and enjoyed peace and quiet sitting by the fireplace reading and relaxing. There is plenty of space for family and friends with plenty of activities at the condo and surrounding area. Basement has pool and ping pong table. The attached deck is equipped with a firepit, tables, chairs and a grill. It's party-ready! The condo is furnished with comfortable furniture and is clean. The owners are pleasant and personable. We would definitely rent again. |

| We had a great time over the Thanksgiving Holiday and Jason and Danielles celebration of there marriage. The house was perfect for our family from California and Washington, we had 3 generations all under the same roof, for great memories that will last forever, now we just need to get Jason cured of his cancer, then we can really celebrate. |

| This Lake Conroe house was very clean and convenient to the Texas Renaissance Festival and several local restaurants where we enjoyed really good food. The owner was especially helpful in assisting us with directions, restaurants, and places of local interest. I heartily recommend this rental. |

| We recently stayed at this lake house and it was very nice. With 9 adults and 2 children, the open living room/kitchen area was very accomodating for all to gather and socialize. The house was also large enough for us to seperate and go to our own private rooms. We were also traveling with a special needs baby and Tom & Dawn were very helpful in assisting us with last minute details and arrangements for medical packages. We appreciate all of their help and had a very peaceful & relaxing time on the lake! Thanks again. |

We had such a wonderful time at your lake house! The four generations of us
made memories that will last us a lifetime. Your house had something for
everyone. The 1 year old loved the deck and played ball and cars out there by
the hour. The 20-somethings loved the game room. They also had a great time
on wave runners from the marina you recommended and thouroughly enjoyed the
community pool. The 50-somethings - my husband and I - got to enjoy that
wonderful master suite. And my mother loved having us all together in the same
place. Having the living areas all one big room was so nice for visiting. We're
hoping to make this an annual tradition. Thanks for creating a great experience
for all of us.

| We had a great time at your lake house. The view was outstanding and the sunsets were breathtaking. We rented a pontoon boat and were a little disappointed that we could not dock the boat at the house due to the low lake level. The house was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Everyone from my 82-year-old mother to my 3-year-old niece had a great time. Thank you for a wonderful week. We hope to see you again soon! |

| We had an anniversary celebration with our children and grandchildre at the lake house. Everyone had a great time. The nine year old learned that he did not have to have a PlayStation when you can have ping pong or pool. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the deck and especially watching the sun fall below the horizon in a blaze of colors. Tom and Dawn were delightful to work with and offered many suggestions. The golf course was enjoyed by some of the guests. The only suggestion would be that if you want to rent jetskis, to call early and make a reservation - our kids learned the hard way - none were available. Do not hesitate to rent this home - it was a joy to all of us. |

Excellent lake house! We had a mini family reunion
with 6 adult and 4 young children here for a week
and had a GREAT time. The accomodations rivaled
any home we've rented in the past. The entire
family is asking, "how do we do this again next

My husband and I took our two children, ages 4 and 7 to your lake house. We had a fabulous time together. We took our boat along and the convience of being able to tie up right in front of the house was worth a million dollars. We spent lots of time on the lake as well as the deck over the water. The house was so much more than we expected, and the veiw was unbelievable! We played ping-pong for the first time and I must say that we got pretty good. We were all so relaxed when the time came to come home. Thank you for letting us have this experience!

| This home worked out great for our family reunion of 21 people. We had both adults and children and all of us really enjoyed the accomodations. The outside deck is where we spent the majority of our time, but we also enjoyed use of the game room and it's ammenities. Most importantly, the owner of this home was very accomodating and available to me if I had questions or concerns during our stay. He and his wife were wonderful to work with and made our vacation rental experience pleasurable. Thanks!! |
