We had a great stay in September 2009. The apt is in a wonderful location- check out Enfants Rouge the market just across the street. Nice roomy studio- well equiped - having so many Paris guide books was a plus. We would go back again.

We absolutely loved this apartment and would definitely recommend it to others! Great neighborhood and location, too.
Don't miss the fabulous market across the street (especially on Saturday and Sunday).
Just two suggestions:
1) Don't bolt (only lock) the front door of the building or the other residents who use just the passcode/no key won't be able to get in. We learned this at 2:30 a.m. one morning.
2) Pay a little attention to the big, exposed beams, as my husband managed to crack his head, which required seven stitches. Whoops! Though the French firemen and hospital employees were extremely nice and helpful.
All in all, we can't wait to go back!

| This was a great apartment and renting an apartment versus a hotel is a great way to enjoy Paris. The neighborhood was great and had lots of local markets, bakeries and restaurants near by. The apartment was very comfortable as well. |

I loved the apartment! I stayed for five weeks so
got to know it well. The location is wonderful, with
Rue de Bretagne close by offering bars, restaurants
and great food shops. The apartment is a large
space with a decent kitchen and bathroom. It is well
maintained and very clean.
Highly recommended with an excellent back up
service from Rent Paris - with special thanks to

I have very positive comments regarding my stay at
34 Rue Charlot. First of all, Fabrice, who was my
contact person, was very efficient, helpful and
pleasant. The apartment was clean and well
maintained and situated in an area with good
transportation facilities, 2 grocery stores and nice
shopping places within walking distance. Thank you

We loved the apartment, everything was just wonderful.
The only trouble we had was with the washer/dryer as it wouldnt dry our clothes properly so I'm not sure if we were just using it incorrectly or not.
Also got a bit of a fright as the number we were given to phone seemed to be an unrecognised number but the line just was not open till after 12 noon - a little warning would have been appreciated!
Did not take away any of our enjoyment with the apartment though! We will be back! |

| C'est maintenant la 3ieme (ou 4ieme?) fois que je réside dans cet appart pendant mes séjours parisiens. C'est un très bel appart que je suis content de retrouver et je me sens comme chez moi. Pourtant, je pense qu'il faut rénover quelque peu la salle de bain, qui a l'air un peu plus dégradé maintenant qu'avant. Mais de toute facon, je suis sûr de revenir la prochaine fois que je serai à Paris. Aussi un grand merci à RentParis pour le service de paiement, qui fonctionne bcp mieux maintenant. La réservation se fait sans problèmes sur le Net - c'est vraiment un service moderne. Merci! |

We truly enjoyed our stay and Danny was very nice. If you need a wonderful babysitter ask Danny to recommend his friend Christian who speaks fluent English and is a lovely person. Please put better instructions for washer/dryer as it flooded clothes--perhaps needs repair but maybe just better advixe on how to use!
It was NOT good that 2 days before our stay we were told we could not pay with Paypal but had to pay in cash because the "accounting department " was closed in August. There is no reason for this that makes any sense and we were told we could use Paypal up front. The response to my request to allow Paypal was so terse as to be rude.
Please don't do this anymore--we'd love to come back and stay. |

Hello, Our accounting department, as 95% of French company, are close in august, so how can we manage a payment thru PayPal is our accounting department is close ? Who is going to email to you a money request ?
Our accounting department was close from 08/5 to 08/19, only 13 days ... they need vacation too :-)

Thank you Rent Paris for the superb location and
excellent service. The apartment had everything we
needed for a family of 4, including 2 small children.
The bathroom is a bit worn in a few spots
compared to a hotel, but certainly in much better
shape than in apartments we've inhabited in New
York City! Everything else was in very good shape
and functioning very well. We would use this
service again without hesitation and would choose
this neighborhood as well. |

Estuve con mi hermana y mis hijos del 8 al 15 de Agosto de 2007.
El representante que nos recibió fue extraordinariamente amable y nos dió toda clase de indicaciones sobre el propio apartamento, así como sobre los alrededores.
El apartamento era tal cual lo habíamos visto en el video de promoción y el equipamiento como se indicaba en la información preliminar.
Dos puntos a remarcar:
- Hay una gotera a la entrada del apartamento. Arréglenla rápido. ¡Suerte que llovió poco!
- El sofá cama es incómodo, pero supongo que eso tiene poco remedio: es algo inherente al mueble.
Aun así la valoración es positiva.

Great location with close proximity to metro/
markets/cafes/bars. This made us feel like
Parisians in our own neighbourhood. The
apartment was spacious, clean, good water
pressure with good amenities like satellite TV,
washer & dryer. Jean was very accomodating and
pleasant. The only negative I would say is that the
hallway leading up to the apartment was very
musty/mildewy other then that the apartment itself
was outstanding. |

We spent a lovely week in Paris(April 2007) and stayed on 34 Rue Charlot(appartment 14) together with 2 children.
It was the first time we choose an appartment and not regular hotel rooms as we wanted to stay all together in the same space.
The place is correctly priced for what it offers,if you don't expect Marriot standards for holidays.
In this respect the room size proved to be largely OK including for children toys.It is completely furbished with all necessary stuff you might need and that you normally find in any household(including washing mashine with dryer which we hope you will not use during your holidays).But what we`have mostly appreciated was the quietness of this little street wich allowed peacefull rest in the morning and good sleep over night.
The surroundings are very nice(as all Paris) and you may find all you might need(nice restaurants, small neighbourhood supermarkets, fruit and vegetables shops and 3 metro stations at walking distance(10 minutes with children).Both Fabrice and his colleague were very professional and nice as we spoke several times before arrival.
As a recommendation so that the space gets the highest mark, a fesh paint is needed, otherwise we gladly recommend it for families and we consider it for future trips.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment in January 2007. We found both the apartment and the area to be a delight. The apartment was warm, clean & easily accessible by metro. There were plenty of markets around so we never had to cart heavy shopping bags far.
The images are true to reality.
Nice large bathroom with great water pressure. Comfortable bed.
Choosing to stay in an apartment over a hotel in Paris is an excellent choice. |

My daughter, 13-year-old granddaughter and I
stayed in this apartment for the second time, from
8 February to 24 February 2007. This was our
fourth stay in 6 years in a rentparis apartment.
We love the apartment. It is beautiful and very
comfortable for the three of us. The washer-dryer
is very handy and we love cooking in the spacious
kitchen.
The neighborhood is a lively area of interesting
shops and markets and friendly people. We rarely
ate out (except for the obligatory pastries and other
yummy things from the patisseries), but stocked
our kitchen with delicious French foods.
We rode the convenient buses every day, making
connections all over the city.
We don't go for the big tourist attractions for the
most part, but to live our other life: "our Paris life".
We look forward to renting this apartment again,
probably in 2009. Can't come soon enough for me! |

I stayed in the apartment for 10 days in September
2005 and loved the location on te fringes of Marais
but close to some very cool stores clothing and
homewares stores. Local bakers and providores
were great as were evenings in local bistros.
I think that 2 people can stay coomfortably though
there is no privacy between the 2 sleeping areas.
Good large bathroom ,kitchen works well. Id
definitely stay here again. Close to metro etc.

This is the second time I spend my hollydays in this apartment. I think that in a little time there will be a third time... The location is very very interesting, near Notre Dame, the metro, ecc.
The apartament is very nice, comfortable and my family and I have spent a very beautiful week!!!!

| We adored this apartment -- it is very chic, very cozy. Looking up & down the street from the beautiful windows at all hours is a great way to spend a restful moment. Market across the street, patisserie & wine shop on the corner. Lovely, lovely place. The website pictures are very accurate. Perfect french love nest for two. |
