| Wow, Willow Point Hideaway was a great place to stay at lake Chelan. We are already talking about a return trip next year. The accommodations are nearly new and the interior is exactly as shown in the photos as of 8/1/06 (rental unit the lower level of the owner's home). On owner respected our privacy and enjoyment of his property and offered that an in-ground pool is planned for the unfinished part of the back yard. Highs – it felt like home with quality furnishings and decorating touches. Spending an evening on the patio or in the hot tub after a day on the lake. Lows – ok, just one low, the gas grill. While it looked expensive, it was almost too small to grill more than a burgers for 4 or 6. Location was about 5 minutes outside of Manson and 1 minute from a lake side city park. Lake view from the Patio is partially obstructed by another house, but includes a great mountain view. |
