| We chartered the El Don for a week of cruising the Sea of Cortez. We fished, snorkeled, and explored every day and stayed in beautiful coves every night. What a GREAT crew! Unfortunately, Hurricane Norbert came and crashed out party. We had to disembark two days early. The owner, Gary Noland, and his crew did everything to make our remaining time unspoiled. We stayed in Casa 3 for four nights. A very nice cottage, fully equiped and comfortable, with a lovely back yard. When the storm passed we enjoyed walking and shopping in town and dining with our new friends from the El Don. We will definitly be back to visit and explore the things we couldn't see due to the weather. I strongly suggest trip insurance when cruising or traveling, especially during or on the fringes of hurricane season. We had purchased trip insurance, and upon arriving home we submitted a claim for our lost days on the yacht and were reimbursed. |

| Wonderful, charming, spacious cottage in the historic fishing village of Loreto. We loved this vacation! The cottage kitchen was well equipped, the beds as comfortable as my expensive mattress at home - I slept fantastic after enjoying the best made-from- scratch Mexican food in town. Numerous authentic Mexican places to eat a short walk away in town. This casa has a great location to easily walk to the marina and historic district in town. We enjoyed the pool just steps from the front of the cottage. We also enjoyed shopping at the various markets and again were able to walk easily to every desired destination. We rented a jeep one day to explore the interesting and beautiful surrounding area. Also rented the EL DON for three nights - fantastic! Gary Noland, owner was informative and organized - cottage clean, keys ready upon arrival! Hope to enjoy a vacation there again soon. |
