| What a wonderful get-a-way! Tom and I had such a relaxing weekend. Listening to the birds, watching the tide come in, sinking into the hot tub. Lance made us feel so welcome by starting a fire before we even arrived! We can't thank you enough. |

We were here because of our house fire - it's been a wonderful place to find refuge - to heal. We only live up the road. It's been great to be so close to our own home to see the progress. The owners of this home have made us feel so welcome - this is a memory making time for us. I pray the family here for Thanksgiving is blessed. Many heart felt thanks to our hosts!!!!

We voted the painted deck chair The Winner of Folk Art. It belongs in the Seattle Art Museum.

We had a grand time with lots of big family brunches. Kate (6 3/4) and Tobin (2+) had a great time pounding around in the yard and the games. The hardware store is a great resource for outdoor inflatable toys. It is a charming place with plenty of bedrooms. I have never slept so well at a vacation. We anticipate a visit again soon. So tranquil & spacious but also convenient - with dishwasher & great light kitchen & magical water views. Thanks for having us & for your conscientious hospitality.

Our stay here at the Gladwin House really helped to make our visit to the Pacific Northwest a special time for us. We enjoyed Quinault and the ocean front and had a great time visiting with family. Now it's back home to the other extreme in the the Chihuahuan Desert of the Big Bend on the Rio Grande. Thanks for the hospitality.

Thank you _so_ much for making our "old" family home into a vacation retreat!! :) We lived here 40 years ago with wonderful childhood memories!! It was so much fun to sleep in my old room.
