| The Durango area was the perfect vaction choice for our active family and the condo had plenty of room for two adults and three teenage boys. We went horseback riding, river rafting, fishing at Vallecito lake, and it was just a short drive to the indian ruins at Mesa Verde. The area near Cascade Village is a hikers paradise with several great trails. We recommend the Elbert Creek trail just a few miles south of the condo. The views from the high cliff overlooks are amazing. |

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It was very roomy, clean and offered incredible views of the mountains. It was a great location for our activities which took us to Durango, Vallecito Lake, Silverton and Ouray. The indoor pool was an added bonus for the kids. The covered parking was great and I am sure is extremely helpful during the winter. The fireplace had wood waiting for us to use. I will definitely look up this condo again for our next trip to Durango! |

The condo was great for summer activities. Nice accommodations.
Just close enough to Durango and Silverton yet just far enough to enjoy the peace, beauty, etc. Easy access to the Train from Durango to Silverton and Durangon Mountain Resort activities.
There is no cell phone service!! I would pay extra to keep it that way.
What a great place to witness God's beautiful creations.....

| We enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The accomodations were terrific - with plenty of room for the 7 of us. The snnow was fantastic and the kids had a blast sledding on the hill outside of the condo and swimming in the pool. Thank you for sharing your home. |

| We love going to Durango to ski and prefer to stay at Cascade Village away from the crowds at the mountain base. The accomodations had everything we needed and the huge fireplace was very welcoming. |

You can't ask for a better location if you are going there to ski. And we had plenty of room to move around with eight of use. Thank you Don for quick service.

| Wonderful with my family and my nephew's family from 1 to 60 we had a great week. It was great to prepare our meals and to wash our dirty hiking clothes with out having to leave the unit. The hiking was great and Highland Mary Lakes are not to be missed. This is a spectacular setting that is so convient to all the great activities in this corner of Colorado! |

| We stayed at Cascade Village from June 26- July 2nd 2005. The amenities were very nice and it accomodated two families (8 of us) very nicely. It is in a good location with one of the very best views around. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. |

| We stayed in the condo from June 19 to June 25 and loved every minute of the time there. The view is striking from the balcony and the condo is very spacious with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is big and the hot water unlimited. The parking was great in that it is covered with easy and safe access to the condo. Great hot tub and pool near. The location was within easy distance of many sites and activities. Absolutely one of the better places I have stayed at. We will be back! |

We went exploring in Hermosa Pass and found an old settlement that was really cool! Our trip to Silverton, 25 miles from the condo, was very interesting and educational. We visited the old cemetery there and explored the old tombstones trying to figure out how people died. The condo was just great! Almost all of the furniture was new and very clean. We also enjoyed making a campfire down by the pond and toasted s'mores on the open fire. Too many things to list but those are a few of the exciting things that we did on our trip. |

We vacationed at Cascade Village from
June 6-13, 2005. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect--a great view. There was 5 adults in our group-so this unit was the perfect size for us. We had only one problem---our vacation was not long enough!!! We
will most definitely be back next year! |

WOW! This was a wonderful getaway for our family. It was such a comfortable warm home away from home. The view was just so awesome, it snowed on the mountain tops, it was just perfect. Don and I spent our honeymoon in Durango 25 years ago, and for our aniversay we decided to take our kids, plus our son's fiance, our daughter's boyfriend, and our other son's buddy, they had such a wonderful time, we were able to play at Purgatory, went to Silverton, Durango, we were able to do so many things, yet go back to the condo and enjoy the peace and quite at night. We were there the same weekend that Durango were having their annual Motorcycle Rally, there was at least 40,000 extra persons, plus motorcycles there, it was great... Our kids are planning a winter snowboarding trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will certainly share our experience with our friends, and family.

We loved this place! The accomodations are first class. The view is spectacular. There is something for everyone to do. We 4 wheeled, and hiked everyday a different trail. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. We will definitely be back.

| We had a WONDERFUL time at Cascade Village in this unit. The ammenities were perfect for our family and the staff in the main lodge were so great to us. The pool right across the way was great at wearing down our energetic children and the games, movies, and sofas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time together. We even managed to go right down the street to enjoy the horse-back riding and the Durango Mountain Resort's summer activities. PERFECT PLACE TO STAY! |

| We had a lovely time there in June. The setting for the condo was wonderful. The mountains were just beautiful. We took our two married kids and their spouses along with our other children and everyone had a great time.We saw so many things that were so close to drive to. We loved having a fire in the fireplace. It was a lot of fun. Great place to stay and lots to do. We have told a lot of our friends about this place and we will keep this in our permanent file. Thanks for a great "home away from home". We all loved it. |

| WOW!!!! What a wonderful getaway!!! The mountains were breathtaking and the condo is located right in the middle of it all!! We spent 7 relaxing days in Cascade Village and it was so cozy. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub on a daily basis and one day, the children swam while the adults grilled out on the deck. Another night, we built a campfire (everything was already set up except the wood) by the pond and roasted hotdogs and had s'mores. Our days consisted of small trips to surrounding towns and adventures including Silverton (rode a train in to Old Hundred Mine Shaft), Ouray (visited Box Canyon Falls), Telluride (rode the free Gondola), Mesa Verde (Hiked in the mountains and saw ancient ruins), La Plata Canyon (reptile reserve with over 200 rattlesnakes, pythons, and iguanas), Horseback riding at Rapp Corral (highly recommend-the guides are great and only 10 miles from the condo), and shopping downtown Durango. We did all of this and most was within 1 hour of the condo. The ladies at the front desk of Cascade Village are very friendly and eager to answer any questions that you may have. I hope that you enjoy Durango and Cascade village as much as we have. |

| This was a white Christmas for my Texas family. None of my Texas friends can say that they had a white Christmas, being that the temperature was in the 70’s! The fireplace in the condo kept us cozy day and night even though the snow was falling outside. We enjoyed the amenities of the indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi and had a wonderful dinner in the Cascade Village restaurant. The kids played right out the back door of the condo having snowball fights and sledding down the hills. When it was time for skiing, a ski shop in the condo lobby allowed us the convenience of renting and returning our supplies right on the grounds. Purgatory DMR, only being a mile away, made it very quick and easy to ride the shuttle to and from the slopes. We also enjoyed the tubing hill at Purgatory DMR. What a wonderful time of year to spend in the beautiful mountains in Durango!!!! Our family would definitely like to visit again. |

| We stayed in mid-October. Surpisingly the Aspens were still near peak. The views are breathtaking and the hike to Potato Lake a must do. But it was also hunting season and none of the ammenities were open; no restaurant, hot tubs/spas, horseback riding. The condo is spacious and very welcoming. Great for families. Cascade Village is half way between Durango and Silverton, spectacular views, hiking and skiing, but town is a drive up and down the mountain. Off season it was complete relaxation. |

| This had to be one of the best vacations that we have had yet. The condo was in a wonderful location between Durango and Silverton. The view from the condo was absolutely beyond compare to anything that I have ever seen. Waking up to the snow-capped mountains, fresh air, humming birds, and the sounds of nature outside our room made it a very relaxing experience. The condo was very spacious with room for 2-3 families (2 bedrooms upstairs and one down & 3 full baths). We went hiking right out the back door. The children enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room. The whirlpools were a treat after spending the days sightseeing in downtown Durango and taking a Hummer tour to a gold mine. The condo was fully furnished right down to the dishes and even a couple of games and jigsaw puzzles. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing, carefree getaway!!! |

| I stayed at the condo over Spring Break and had the best vacation ever! The location is ideal because a shuttle picks you up for the local ski mountain and drops you back off so you don't have to worry about driving - especially helpful since most Texans can't drive in snow. The view was unbelievable and the ammenities were great - especially the jacuzzi! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a Durango vacation. |

| We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with a porch that overlooks the mountains. The property was set up perfectly for our situation (two families totalling 9 people) with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one down. The property was in good shape and well kept. It was perfectly situated between Durango and Silverton. Access to the property's pool and game room were also a real hit for our family. Would highly recommend! |
