| The house was great. Well stocked kitchen, great deck, very clean. Pine Mountain Lake is a lovely community with plenty to do if you don't want to take a day trip into Yosemite. The ping-pong table was a lot of fun. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend (and I'm sure I will). |

| We had a great weekend, the house was turn-key, with all that was needed, a nice kitchen, plenty of room, and a ping-pong table. Next morning, it was a short drive to beautiful Yosemite valley and we hiked to Vernal and Bridal falls. Sunday we spent the entire day at the Marina on Pine Mountain lake, just a couple of minutes from the house. The kids loved the floating trampolines. We look forward to our next visit! |

| Judy, We enjoyed your place so much this last weekend. So close to Yosemite and in such a beautiful little community. We saw plenty of wildlife and very much enjoyed the big deck. Great place to just take walks in the evening. We would definitely stay here again! |

Thank you Judy for providing us with such an excellent base for our trip visit to Yosemite.
The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Sitting out on the peaceful deck with my morning coffee was the perfect start to each day! We will most certainly be back.

| We had a wonderful time at this house. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. We saw deer, quail, and three baby bluejays in a nest right outside the dining room window. The little town of Groveland is so close and a day trip to Yosemite is also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. |

Dear Judy & Joe,
We had such a lovely time at your cozy cabin this weekend! We were all very impressed with its amenities, spacious design, and cleanliness. It was well stocked, which saved us a lot of time packing.
The lake is fully stocked and everyone caught fish! Both children quickly and easily caught trout. We all enjoyed swimming, hiking, playing ping pong, and bicycling. It was by far a more relaxing experience than our cruise to Alaska!!
We enjoyed the warm and friendly community at the marina and town. Next time the girls would love to rent the small sailboats and go horseback riding.
Thanks again and we look forward to doing this again soon!

groveland is a beautiful and peaceful town, our family like fishing and all boating activities over there. we saw deer around the house everyday, could you imagine how nice to have deer walk by when you sitting on the front deck, enjoy your beverage with family under sun set ! This is a clean, comfortable house. It has everythings even life-jackets that we forgot to bring with. my kids so enjoy to play the Ping-Pong game, thanks for Judy concerned my requesting and the Ping-Pong equipments all ready when we get in. our family will come back next summer.

We stayed in this house last week. It was agreat house
and we all enjoyed our stay in this house. It has a very large deck and
very large TV which are plus :) And the lake is great. It is really
peaceful.

Beautiful vacation home, very clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.
All appliances appear new and made kitchen a joy! Our family enjoyed the amenities of the Lake Resort--swimming, the boat taxi ride, and especially the well stocked fish. Our 7 year old grandson caught 7 fish himself! We plan on a return stay!

This place has it all. We had a wonderful time on our
Thanksgiving Vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our
Thanksgiving Feast one we will always remember. This home is very
spacious,the pictures do not do it justice.The were seven of us and plenty of room
for everyone. The over-sized couch and 61" T.V. were wonderful,plus the
over-sized bath towels are a nice touch.
This home has all the creature comforts that you could possibly think of.
We saw deer everyday,everwhere. What a beautiful place in a wonderful setting.
Groveland is a beautiful town.My family and I loved it. We hope to stay again in the summer.

A great escape... an awesome place to relax & unwind from the fast pace work & city life. Nice and huge deck for a barbecue with family & friends. A perfect setting for a weekend getaway. I love this place and the owners are real wonderful people. We're planning a trip there soon!

| My kids and I love this place. We come here every year and feel like it's our own second home. The owners make us feel so welcome. There are many fun things to do in Groveland and at the lake. We always enjoy day trips to Yosemite, Columbia, the Tuolomne River and Lake Don Pedro. There's so much to do, we're never bored. This place is a blast any time of year! |
