Thank you Anne for ensuring our Paris trip was enjoyable and successful. The location of the apartment and convenience to taxi stands made it easy to get around. We loved the bakeries and grocery stores right near the apartment and enjoyed many meals in the well appointed kitchen. The 110v outlet was a plus so we could charge our cameras without having to buy & bring converters. You have truly thought of everything. Thanks again!

Hard to add anything else to the prior 25 positive reviews. One of many VRBO stays for us and none of the others have had an owner as enthusiastic and helpful as Anne. She gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, helped with our taxi to the airport and made sure we had both her and her husband's cell number in case we had any questions or problems. Centrally located for all the important Paris sites and close to the Metro. Clean, well appointed and broadband access all appreciated...even a welcoming bottle of wine!! We recommend highly. |

| We visited Paris in early May and were very pleased with this flat. The flat was very confortable and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and metro stations. We enjoyed two nearby restaurants. La Marquise at 42 Blvd du Montparnasse, and La Marlotte on Rue de Cherche-Midi. We went shopping for bread, cheese, wines and meats nearby and enjoyed a few breakfasts and lunches in the dinning room by the window. This was a great place to come home to at night and rest. Anne was a great host and very helpful. Our only regret was that we did not stay more days. Merci, Anne |

| Look no further, this is your perfect Paris rental! Stayed with family of four (parents + teenagers 16 & 19) for Easter 2009. The appartment (on 4th floor with lift) is clean, beautiful and equipped with everything you can think of (and more). Beautiful morning sun on eating area. Nice firm matresses. Very convenient with 2 bathrooms + toilet. Close to metro stations, food stores, FNAC (for buying tickets) and restaurants. Anne is very nice and helpful. Very easy booking and other arrangements. Recommended without any reservations! :) |

| My husband and I and our two youngest sons (age 15 and 17) stayed at 20 Rue Saint-Romain in March 2009. The flat was perfect for us, much better than two hotel rooms. We could gather in the living room and have a refrigerator for drinks and snacks. The flat is very accessible to 3 metro stops and there are boulangeries and fromagers right down the street. This is my 5th VRBO stay (all the others in the US) and by far the best! Anne was very diligent in her communications prior to our arrival, the pictures and description of the flat are completely accurate. I had no worries before arrival. I would stay here again and will recommend Anne and her flat to our friends. |

| Staying in this lovely apartment and getting a taste of Parisian life was definitely a highlight of our visit with our two young adult sons and almost as valuable as seeing some of the attractions. The building itself has the traditional charm while the apartment is beautifully decorated in the modern style with all the comforts. My husband, who loves to read about food and restaurants, got us a reservation for L'epi Dupin bistro which was in walking distance of the apartment. To show how accommodating Anne is we were late coming in the first night due to mechanical problems on the train and the restaurant wanted to cancel. Anne called and quite vehemently pled our case and managed to convice them to allow us in later. The apartment lived up to all our expectations and then some. |

Re stay in 20 Rue St Romain1 week in May 2008.
Excellent location, close to shops, markets and restaurants, a quieter rather 'genteel' St Germaine neighborhood, far from the madding crowds, which are rapidly accessible should you want them, via the two Metro stations each five mins walk away. Clean and spacious and well laid out. Our party of four adults had ample space. Anne is friendly, helpful and punctual, her English far surpassing our French.
Most of the 'attractions' have been mentioned, but stand repeating. The local cafes and restaurants, the bread and cake shops, the Sunday market on Boulevard Raspail. Bon Marche with its amazing food displays and choices. The Jardin du Luxembourg within 10 minutes walk. the Montparnasse Markets, and a nearby Montparnasse charcuterie (butcher) for great takeaway chicken basting away together with sinful basted roast potatoes in the rotisserie. A nice walk to the Eiffel Tower and/or Hotel des Invalides and the Seine, or take the Metro to anywhere or everywhere.
Hotels may have their own allure, charm and luxury, but an apartment stay, and in this case Anne's, in our opinion wins hands down, much more 'intimate', experiential, less coccooned and more user friendly than a hotel stay.
All in all a great experience, makes one feel almost like a real Parisian. Would love to do it again and would certainly return to 20 Rue St Romain, if circumstances permit in the years to come.
Thank you Anne for a wonderful stay.

We four ladies enjoyed our stay at the flat in Saint-romain in May 2008 very much. It was perfect for our 4 day reunion with every possible amenity, beautifully decorated and a fantastic location. The comfortable beds made it easy to recover from jet lag and we loved the neighborhood – quiet yet very close to wonderful shops, restaurants, museums and parks. We will definitely recommend this flat to our families and friends. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

| We had a wonderful experience staying in the flat. My wife and I brought our two young children and it was such a good decision to stay in the flat vs. a hotel. The apartment was adorable and the neighborhood was terrific. I would highly recommend this flat to any traveler looking to experience the city! |

| Thank you for helping make our stay in Paris so enjoyable! Travelling with a young toddler can be a stressful experience. Choosing to rent the flat in Rue St Romain instead of staying in a hotel was certainly the best solution. I would recommend this flat to all! |

Truly home away from home! Not only is the apartment clean, updated, convenient and modern, it is very comfortable and pleasant to relax in. Your Hostess, Anne, has put a lot of thought into making this "your home". I will never stay anywhere else in Paris! P.S...try the cafe next door...they have a wonderful chef and the staff is the kindest, warmest staff you will find anywhere in Paris!...Anne, Thank You again for all of your graciousness. | We are a family of five adults who can't say enough to express our appreciation for Anne's thoughtful details to the apartment to make our ten days in Paris for Christmas 2007 an absolute delight. As has been said previously, the location is perfect. We enjoyed the priceless neighborhood stores and the closeness to the Bon Marche and other well documented superb specialty stores. The apartment was always warm and cozy to return "home" to and equipped well enough that we were able to prepare our own Christmas dinner. We could not have asked for any place or person more accommodating! |

The appartment was wonderful. It was well furnished; with modern appliances, good furniture, as well as many thoughtful extra's (for example: two umbrellas, & a portable "cart" to make it easy to transport groceries). Ann was a pleasure to deal with, and will try her best to be helpful. It's incredibly close to the Metro, yet on a quiet side street. We were a party of five, and were very comfortable with the space. |

| 4 adults really enjoyed this space and location. We had dinner for 7 a couple of nights and the dinning space and kitchen worked just fine. Great neighborhood. Cafe on the corner and grocery shopping a block away, and the Metro 3 blocks away. Anne was very sweet and accomodating. Would stay again. |

The apartment is wonderful. The location is great. It is 2+ blocks to Bon Marché and their wonderful food halls. 3 blocks from the Blvd. Raspail's Farmer's Market and right in the middle of all types of shopping for what ever you are looking for. The apartment itself is very comfortable, bright and airy with comfortable furniture. Both bathrooms are large and easy to use. We'd go back again and again. |

| My husband and I stayed at this apartment in April 2007 with our 4 kids ranging in age from 4 to 11 years old. It was ideal - in a safe location, comfortable, clean, spacious enough for a family of six, conveniently located to shopping, metro, sightseeing, everything! Anne was wonderful (she didn't stress out over our wild kids!) and she was extremely helpful (our luggage was lost and she made herself available at practically all hours of the day and night to help us communicate with the airline and airport staff). I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again. |

The 5 of us - a couple with a 10 year old daughter and another couple - were more than comfortable at the Saint Romain flat. The decor was very tasteful. Also, we never felt like we were on top of each other in this space even though Isabel slept on the pullout sofa. The two bathrooms were perfect for the number of people. The beds were very comfortable; the kitchen and dining area, perfect for our needs with more than the usual amount of utensils and conveniences. Tom really appreciated the internet connection so he could work while in Paris. We all appreciated the washer/dryer. The nearby markets (including the organic outdoor market on Sundays) were lovely. The metro less than 2 blocks away. Anne was there to meet us at the appointed times the first day and the last. We were sorry to leave. Very dangerous to have Bon Marche so close! Thanks for a wonderful week. We would be happy to make this an annual event. Merci. |

| We were a party of 6 staying in this lovely apartment! We arrived late in the evening to find the apartment ready for us to move right in. Patrick was waiting there for us and gave us a complete overview of the workings of the apartment, as well as, information on the surrounding area and how to get around. We were very impressed with how well stocked the apartment was, they thought of everything. Thank you Ann & Patrick for helping to make our stay in Paris a wonderful one, we are looking forward to staying with you again! |

| Our party of 4 adults spent 5 nights in this wonderful apartment. The 2 Double Bedrooms are both air conditioned (we used it in the April heat wave) and the apartment is fully heated if needed. It is spacious and equipped with every amenity you will require. Anne is a charming lady, who speaks perfect English, and made us very welcome. The apartment is located just a short walk to the Metro and there is a wonderful food hall in 'Bon Marche' store if eating in. We arrived on Sunday pm and there were numerous small food shops in a 200 yd radius all open, there is also an excellent choice of restaurants, catering for all tastes and price, in the area. Having previously stayed in Paris Hotels we will certainly return to this Gem of an apartment. |

| We spent 9 very comfortable nights in this apartment. The space and amenities perfectly fit our family of 5 (two adults, children ages 14, 11, and 8) and the location is very good, with access to several Metro lines. The Sunday market up on Boulevard Raspail is wonderful, and anything you need can be found on Rue de Sevres. We will stay in this apartment again and recommend it highly to our friends and to you! |

This is a great place. Anne stocked it well with all the little things (dish soap, coffee, oil, etc). With two private bedrooms and two bathrooms, our group of four was very comfortable. Although it is a bit of a hike to the Seine, everything you need is in the surrounding neighborhood. There are amazing cheese and chocolate shops in in the same block, and the metro and train stations are nearby. We would stay in this quaint apartment again.

| Our trip to Paris in early October,2006 was one to be remembered; as was our one week stay at 20 rue St. Romain. The apartment is beautiful, we could live there. The Parment family have seen to all the conveniences and comforts of home. Breakfast with the windows open at the dininmg room table and the street below echoing the sounds of the city awakening, start the day off very well. Look no further, rent this apartment! Food shops and side-walk dining are very near-by. |

| We agree with both previous comments. We absolutely loved this apartment. It was in a perfect location: close to shops, markets and restaurants but not right in a noisy area. Also, it was clean, spacious, well designed and well stocked with all basic supplies. The managers were very responsive, helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English, which made our understanding perfectly clear. We would absolutely stay there again. I would live there if I could! |

My family stayed at this apartment for a week in May and could not have been more pleased. The apartment is beautiful - it's exactly as shown in the pictures on the web site - and immaculate. The owner of the apartment, Anne, was extremely helpful, providing us with all sorts of information prior to our arrival. She even stocked the apartment with bottled water, fruits, coffee, tea, milk, cream, etc. so that we did not have to go grocery shopping right away. The apartment is perfectly located – it’s within walking distance from the Bon Marche, Jardin du Luxemburg, etc. The streets where the apartment is located are full of little shops and restaurants. On the street level is a neighborhood café with the most friendly staff so when we did not feel like going out we would just go downstairs for a reliably good meal.

We found the apartment perfect. It is a short stroll to just about everything in the 6th arr. but at the same time is very quiet, bright and airy. It is fresh and clean and everything is generously supplied. We would recommend both the apartment and the owners to anyone visiting Paris. We totally enjoyed our time there. |
