| What a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location for disney vacation and conveniently located near airport. House is just as described. Will most definately stay again on our next trip to Orlando. Owners were wonderful. |

| This is the first time we have been on vacation and tried a rental by owner. It was a pleasure to get all the information that we needed and didn't have to ask. The condo was so nice, a home away from home. It is nicely located, so if you wanted to go to all the theme parks you could, or just stay there and enjoy and nice day by the pool. Thanks Rob for all your help! |

This property is awesome! The facilities are great, you have everything you might need, from tv with cable and video game console to extra towels and sheets; washer/dryer,iron, coffee maker, dish washer, EVERYTHING! The location is so convenient, It has a supermarket, a pharmacy, gas station, pizza place, coffee place, everything its near by. Disney parks are less than 15 mins away.
I recommend this place 100%, My family and I are already looking forward to go back again. The rates BTW are great deals also!!! Two thumbs up!!! |

| My family and i was at the place from june 27th to july 4th. We love it there. The palce is pretty big, the kitchen is efficient, the kids loved their room, with they own tv with all their show. The balcony have a nice view of the lake, the pool was awesome, we were there almost everyday. The place is located near all major stores, like suppermarked, banks ect... Over all our experience was great, and we had a great time. |

| Excellent value. Right next door to the pool and exercise facility. Quiet surroundings. Close to Disney and restaurants, shopping, etc. Has all the amenities of home. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the Orlando area. |

We just got back from this trip and one of the highlights was this Condo. The desciption was exactly what they said. What they did leave out was the condo had other amenities that they left out, like misters that really came in handy at the parks. Lawn chairs and a folding crate with wheels, very useful for the parks. Well maintained place and for communication of the owners I give them a grade A. I was first up in the mornings and had my coffee out on the balcony where a bunny would come out of the bushes,ferns by the lake. Great pool and weight room to use. If you what to grab a pizza on the way back from the parks head to Giordanos. The best stuffed pizza in Chicago and they have a location right up the road in 7866 W. IRLO BRONSON HWY. My wife also liked the World of Orchids on the way to Disney. Great time, thank you very much!

| This condo was the best place we have stayed on any of our vacations. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and size of all the rooms. We loved sitting on the balcony looking out over the lake. Best part was that we were on the 2nd floor so the birds in the trees were really close. My family was so tired when we left the parks that we couldn't wait to get "home". I highly recommend that you rent this wonderful condo. Thanks Rob and Virginia you were also wonderful to rent from. |

| Thanks Rob and Virgina! The place was great! It was so close to the parks, and everything that I needed (food etc.) was 2 minutes up the street. (publix, liquor store, cvs, papa johns). The condo was bigger than I thought it was going to be. It was a 30 second walk to the pool, and it was nice just sittin out on the deck. I loved how it was all furnished.. even towels! I was shocked to see coffee in the cabinet to go along with the coffeemaker. Thanks again, the place was great and I will defineatly be calling you again for my next vacation! |

| The place was great; Bob and Virginia are great; the area was great; and, so on and so on...... My daughter and I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we vacation in Disney/Sea World/Universal. All three parks are so close to the condo. | Thank you Rob and Virginia for the wonderful accommodations at your lovely rental condominium. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had every possible amenity necessary and beyond. The view from the balcony, looking out to the lake is gorgeous. The area is quiet, peaceful, and serene. Everything is close by, including Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld, shops, restaurants and so on. Without a doubt, I will be recommending this place to all our friends and family, and definitely plan to rent this condo whenever we are in Florida. | This is the perfect spot for a family of 4 or more. The condo is impeccable. Travel time to Disney is approx. 10 minutes. Good restaurants and grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away. The condo has everything that you could need except for food. Washer/dryer, internet service, full kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, etc. Extra sheets and towels are also provided. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet. The pool is well-kept and almost always empty. The view of the lake from the balcony at sunrise and sunset are great. I can’t say enough good things about this unit, the location, and the owners. They answered every question and were extremely friendly throughout the entire process. I’ll be staying here again and have already recommended this unit to 3 of my friends. Thanks again Rob and Virginia!!! |

| We've rented this condo twice (3/09 and 3/08) to use as "home" while in Florida watching our daughter in a college softball tournament and have been very satisfied. The condo is very pleasant, the location is convenient, it's a great value, and the owners are very easy to work with. We've had a great experience and it's sooo much better than a hotel. How satisfied are we? We're looking to stay there again in '10. |

| We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It's decorated very lovely and the community is beautiful as well. We have a family of 7 and had plenty of room and felt right at home. The kids loved the mickey mouse room! Very short drive to Disney and Universal Studios and is conveniently located near a grocery and restaurants. We definately recommend this condo and will be coming back!!! |

| My husband and I have season passes to Disney and get tired of staying in hotels. This condo is great. It is nicely decorated and feels very homey and comfortable. The location is terrific. it is about 10 minutes from everything and yet it is in a very quiet, serene area. We recommend this condo to everyone. |

| We absolutely enjoyed this unit. The owners were extremely accomodating and the process was very easy. The condo was perfectly furnished and had all the conveniences we expected. We were less than 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal. Good golf courses close by, grocery and eateries close by, perfect place for us. We are Astros fans and plan on using this unit many more times, especially when we come to Spring Training games in Kissimmee. We have already referred two friends |

| This was a beautifully decorated, open and spacious condominium with plenty of amenities - everything you need and more! The view of the lake from the balcony is astounding and the community itself was peaceful and relaxed. Convenient to both 192 and I-4, you are literally less then 10 minutes from Disney World and close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The owners are incredibly friendly and did not hesitate to answer any questions that I may have had. The entire rental process was easy and I felt amazingly comfortable doing business with the Bayers, especially since this was the first vacation rental that I inquired about online. I would recommend this vacation condo to anyone and look forward to returning in the years to come. |

| Great vacation spot whether you're in Orlando for the theme parks or just to relax. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Disney parks. Condo is clean and spacious. The balcony overlooking the lake is a great spot to relax. Owners are very accommodating. Hope to stay there again! |

| Very clean, well decorated condo, exactly like the write up said. It was very close to all the theme parks and the I-4 freeway. Had plenty of room and made us feel right at home with all the extras. It was great to be next to the pool and tennis courts. Owners were very nice and responded to questions in a short, timely manner. Would defintely recommend this rental property to anybody who wants to be within a close distance to everything. |

| This was a beautiful place to stay. it was a short distance to the parks, restraunts & shopping, yet it was back of in a quiet, private gated community where we felt safe & relaxed. The place itself was gorgeous w/large rooms and plentay of space. It has a beautiful lake view and it is well taken care of. What a deal this was. Don't miss your chance to to spend time here. The owners are wonderful people & if we had any qiestions were very quick to respond. Great Trip!!!! |
