| I had the pleasure of spending several days in this wonderful house with a group of friends to play bridge last winter. This house is soooo comfortable and is decorated beautifully. As a matter of fact, after staying there I came home and decided to do a little decorating in my house because I liked this clean no-fuss look so much. I was fortunate enough to have been able to stay in
the Arbor Cottage for 2 months in 2006 and for
another 3 months in 2007. I just love this place!
It has everything that you could ever want, e.g. 50"
HDTV in the living room, WiFi, jacuzzi tub in the
master, oversized deck for throwing fabulous
beach parties, a chef's kitchen, great location on
East Beach, but my favorite amenity has to be the
awesome windows in the master bedroom. I
enjoyed waking up every morning to spectacular
view of the sunrise eliminating the overgrown tree
canopy and squirrels building their nest in those
same trees.
The level of detail that went into restoring, adding
onto and furnishing the house must have been
painstaking. The owners personally guaranteed
that my stay would be a trouble free and enjoyable
experience and that is exactly what they did. If
there was ever any problem, they took care of it
right away.
If you are looking for a personal get away like me
or if you want to bring your entire family along, you
can not go wrong with selecting Arbor Cottage.
Just make sure that you don't book it for the same
times that I would like to...lol : )

Our stay was fantastic! Your house is well appointed and decorated so lovely. We were lacking nothing in the way of appliances and kitchenware. Weather, location, & the rest here are all the best. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beach home. |

| Staying at Arbor Cottage was a week of relaxation and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The cottage is very well equipped and the kitchen is a cook's dream. The layout of the house is such that you never feel that you are crowded and there is plenty of privacy. A shot walk to the beach and a wonderful deck for those who want to relax on the property. Yes, we want to go back again! |

| This place is fabulous! It is far more that the web site and pictures can describe. All appliances and amenities you can think of have been furnished...even some we didn't think about. I would not hesistate to rent this property again as it was well beyond my expectations. |

| I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely and sophiscated home in July. We found it spacious, extrememly clean and well organized with all the amenities we could imagine. It has great family space as well as serene private space for quiet reflections away from the hussle and bussle of our busy lives. The lovely beach access is just around the corner and the the beach there is quiet and very inviting. Revisitng this oasis would be delightful. Thanks to the owners for such a lovely retreat. |
