| Stayed in the condo at the end of July. The location is perfect if you want to be at the center of action in the Pierbowl area - perfect view of the beach, and you can walk to the pier. The private covered parking area is a big plus. |

| I stayed in this condo for over a month. Everyday you get to wake up to one of the best views in California. Great place to vacation, close to great food and very comfortable place to stay. I would reccomend this to anyone looking to be close to the ocean and really get to see San Clemente. |

| Not one thing would I change. It was a great stay. The way the sliding glass doors (11 foot) opened up to the porch was like one huge room with a view to die for. Kitchen, BBQ and dining table where terrific. |

| The Beachfront Retreat condo is a fantastic place to stay in beautiful San Clemente. It's a great location in the heart of the "Pier Bowl" with one of the best views of the ocean and pier. Close walk to beach, restaurents, and shops. We enjoyed watching the sun set in the evening with a nice glass of wine on the terrace. This was a great place to take our family and we will be sure to return for years to come. |

| We would recommend this lovely condo to anyone. It is a great area to walk around nice and we really enjoyed the great view overlooking the bowl and the ocean. We virtually had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Since we were there meeting our son just home from Iraq, we were pleased to see Park Semper Fi a stone's throw away. We hope to be able to stay there next time we come. Thank you. A++ Rating |

| Great condo in great location in jewel of SoCal . Superb view of ocean and pier and short ( 150 yards or so ) walk to beach . Good little heated pool/jacuzzi that were always empty . Only glitch was Internet access which is now working great . The terrace and view from it and living room inside is fabulous ! Really good bed in master ( slept like a rock ) Sea food place at base of pier is great on a sunny day . Pizza place across from pier has good pie , good weisse bier and a killer view of surf with zero wait . Crepes joint up the street from pizza parlor great too . Fantastic spot for families with kids . Complex has alot of absentee owners who don't appear to rent out their units much . met an owner who complained building feels abandoned so few actually live there year round .....this of course IS GREAT if you are just a short term renter . Very tight gated security almost too much but nice to see given i have 3 small kids . San Clemente is just fabulous . low/no crowds compared to rest of SoCal coast . |

The Beachfront Retreat has an amazing view of the
ocean and the San Clemente pier. The living room/
kitchen area has a wall of sliding glass doors facing
the sea, and opens up onto a balcony, a great place
for morning coffee. The condo was spacious,
comfortable, and well stocked with everything we
needed, from towels to spices. The complex has a
great jacuzzi, and the pool was warm enough to
swim in on a cloudy January day.
The condo is located a block from the sand, and
also only blocks from town, a wonderful area of
shops and restaurants.
This is a great place to stay in San Clemente, and
also kid friendly. |

With all comforts of home, this two-bedroom two-bathroom charmer has everything you will need to make your getaway to San Clemente complete.
From the granite counters in the kitchen, to the colorful details in every room, this professionally decorated ocean view getaway beckons the call to rest and relaxation. If you do not want to get sand in your toes, then spend the day poolside with a good book relaxing on one of the many loungers available. At dusk, you can open a nice bottle of wine and take in the sunset from your own balcony. In the cool of the evening, why not mosey on down to a hot bubbling Jacuzzi located just poolside or take a romantic walk on a moonlit beach. The options are yours and the surroundings are so nice you will not want to leave. I highly recommend this location for its simple elegance, cleanliness, and spectacular ocean view.
