| We stayed at the farm house. It was nice and clean. The back yard was good addition because it allowed the small kids to play safely and enjoy winter. The location of the house was great because it close to everything that we needed. |

We went up on Presidents' Day Weekend, looking for some fun in the snow and found just that. The house is a classic New England house, close to the mountain, and very spacious. It has a wonderful kitchen and great sitting room complete with a wood burning furnace for those times you just need to curl up and relax after a hard day of skiing. About ten minutes from Mount Snow, it's ideal for a nice ski getaway! And keep a look out for wild turkeys roaming around the yard - they are quite entertaining and a true testament that you're not in the city any more!
We had a great time! Lots of room, close to Mount Snow and very cozy! The house really made the trip perfect! I would recommend staying here to anyone looking to get away from the noise of the city and take some time skiing Mount Snow! |

We had a wonderful weekend at this charming farmhouse! We were 6 adults and 4 children who came up for the weekend to enjoy the great ski conditions. It was really nice coming back to a really cozy comfortable house. While it was too cold and snowy to enjoy the property, it is really beautiful. Early Sunday morning, while drinking our coffee, my husband and I were sitting in the living room and looking at the snow glistening in the early morning sunlight. It was beautiful!
The Joseph's have a wonderful getaway home and some really unusual pieces of furniture. Thank you for sharing your home with us! |

We just had a wonderful family Christmas at the Josephs' house. We were 14 people Including children and grandchildren (ranging from infant, toddlers and college students). The house accommodated us quite well.
The house is charming on beautiful grounds. Although the snow was too icy for the little grandchildren to sled on, they enjoyed watching a large flock of wild turkeys in the field behind the house. They also had enough room to play inside. The house has all the needed amenities and we were quite satisfied with it. Also, and above all, the Josephs are pleasure to deal with.

| The Joseph's house is wonderful! It's sunny, well-appointed, has a gorgeous view through the back windows, and is convenient to everything. There's lots of space, a nice farmhouse feel, and the Josephs were very accomodating. A perfect vacation rental for families that want to experience an authentic Vermont house. |

Our Columbus Day weekend renters wrote: We got home earlier today from your house in vt. We truly cannot say enough good things about our weekend. Your house was comfortable, roomy, well appointed, clean, etc., etc. This was certainly a weekend that was well needed. We had a long list of places to go and things to see and ended up spending the entire weekend at the house, walking through the woods, picking apples, kicking the ball around the yard, walking to the cemetary...

One recent renter emailed the following: We're back from a wonderful weekend. Loved the house-- beautifully maintained and furnished and decorated-- and the land. You have an excellent wood stove, lovely windows and skylights--the list would go on. (You should definitely add more photos to your rental site!) Not enough snow for snowshoeing unfortunately, but we hiked, cooked, explored Wilmington and Brattleboro, and did a lot of relaxing.

| This is the second year we have rented the Joseph's home. I say home beause it is the warmest and most lovely ski house we have rented over the years. A wonderful family house with lots of room, many details and comforts are all there to enjoy. Our family and friends plan to rent yearly with the Joseph's. Great hosts too!. Barabara makes it so easy to arrange. Thank you, Barbara! |

| We have spent a winter weekend at Spruce Hill Farm on two occasions. It is a wonderful place for family and friends. We find the large kitchen and the dining room to be great areas for socializing and the sharing of food and drink. Spruce Hill's location is close to the center of Willmington and there are plenty of recreational activities within a short drive. One could not ask for a better classic Vermont setting than Spruce Hill Farm. |

| A group of 11 of us (6 adults, 4 kids and a baby) recently spent a week in the house and had a great time. There was lots of snow, so the back yard was perfect for sledding, which we did every day. The house was spacious with plenty of room to sleep and eat. It was nice and warm and in a great location near to, but not right in the town. It took less than 15 minutes to get to Mt. Snow,so that was also convenient. I would recommend the house for family gatherings and getaways. |
