First I want to say that even though we stayed at this home probably the coldest month of the year. We still had a great time. If you enjoy sea birds this is the place to be. Being from Arkansas we don't have that type of bird life. We so enjoyed watching the pelicans dive, feed the sea gulls and all the beautiful herons. We also say dolpins several times in the bay.
My hubby enjoyed the fishing. One night we caught at least 40 trout in about an hour. WOW!
We enjoyed the wonderful accomodations. They are just as depicted on this site. First Class! The views from the front deck and back deck are outstanding. It's hard to decide which is the best. The owners are very easy and friendly to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone wanting a rental in the Rockport area. We also want to say we enjoyed dining at Paradise Key. Great food and atmosphere. And if you're a cheesecake junkie, try Jamas in downtown Rockport. This is some of the BEST cheesecake I've ever had!! |

Thank you for a wonderful family week. The night fishing was truly amazing. We caught hundreds of fish, fed a blue heron and saw dolphins most night around 10 p.m. One night a pod of dolphins visited with an infant.
My brother and sons kayaked out to the islands and brought back seashells and sore muscles. My younger son, eleven, fed the gulls, flew a kite and floated around the dock. My older son, eighteen, loved the big TV. We visited the galleries in Rockport, rented a boat and went to Mud Island for more sea shells. We ate at some great restaurants in Rockport and Port Aransas, but cooking together in the lovely kitchen was the most fun.

Memorial Day weekend. We had a memorable time. My two year old grandson and 7 month old grand daughter enjoyed watching the boat traffic and feeding the sea gulls. The fishing was fun; we caught keepers. Dianne caught a 22 incher! We enjoyed watching the Spurs on your TV - well we didn't enjoy seeing them lose games 1 & 2 against the Lakers, but we did hoot and holler for their win in game 3. Thank you for providing the perfect get-a-way for my family.

1st and 2nd week in Nov. We love this place and have had fun fishing, walking, reading, relaxing. The 4 grandkids came and were so impressed with how nice it was and fished, fished, fished. We had really great weather and saw the dolphins and loads of pelicans, seagulls, etc. The boats went by all the time and we enjoyed this fantastic view. Jerry caught 26" redfish Fri night. 3rd year visiting Rockport/ this is #1

| Our coastal vacation was made perfect by this home! Awesome place! Fishing was great and offered an incredible floor plan for our family. Close to both Rockport and Port A for little "outings", that's if you can break yourself away from the waterfront at the house. Both the owner and rental agency were terrific to work with. :) |

We really enjoyed your home on the bay. Bill fished almost every night and caught a lot of fish. We are are leaving with a cooler full of frozen fish. Our daughter and her fiancee came down with their little guy, Anthony. We went to the Aquarium in Corpus Christi and went to Staples Mall. We enjoyed the peaceful uncongested area. The barges and dolphins are fun to watch.

It has been a joy staying in your lovely home. It is exactly what I have in mind if I were to build (site and home). The architect did a great work of art (windows all around for relaxing & scenic views) and nice storage everywhere. Your decorating is very eye appealing. What more can I say? My daughter enjoyed her "20th" Birthday surprise celebration here. My sons were staying in another house and we gathered together for cheesecake and presents here! How wonderful! My husband very much enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the boats speed by and the fishermen in the flats. We both have 40 years of memories fishing those flats. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We caught big reds (24"), trout (22&24") and one 18" flounder wading. Being able to drive the boat right up to the back of the house was great! | The pictures of this place do not do it justice! My family spent a month here and I hated to come home. Rooms are spacious and open with beautiful views of the bay or canal. Well maintained home with nice furnishings and appliances. There is nothing better than sitting on the deck having your morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I found people to be very friendly. I wish the Hudson's would sell me this place as my summer home.(I did look at about 15 houses to purchase while staying here and nothing came close) I look forward to returning next summer and spending another month at this very special place. My family considers this our home away from home and we already miss it! Thank you Camille and Samuel for sharing your lovely home with us! |

Beautiful, well laid out, clean, inviting, awesome views from front and back = just a few words to describe your home. My husband found this place on the internet, how appropriate that we stay here to celebrate our 4th anniversary as that is how he found me!Ha! Have enjoyed our stay here so much. A resident visitor comes every day (Big Whooping Crane) and stands on the pier and fishes. My husband keeps buying things for his tackle box but hasn't gone fishing yet. Ha! We had a wonderful time in a beautiful house!! My 2 1/2 year old had such a wonderful time fishing off the pier we had to fight to get him back inside.. Our two month stay at your home was extraordinary. The water view from the rear porch was especially interesting as we watched an array of shrimp boats,tugs, pleasure boats & dolphins pass by. The house was very comfortable & cozy for a pair of "Winter Texans".

| This was a beautiful place to vacation. Plenty of room, the beds were so comfortable, I love the kitchen, and the views were exceptional. Our children fished right off the pier at the back of the house and caught many trout. My husband was able to dock the boat on the private pier and come and go as he pleased throughout the day to fish. We loved the patio/deck porch off the back of the house and enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the sunrise as well as a cocktail in the evening watching the sunset. Great place to stay. Thank you! |
