Thanks, Mary for providing such a great place. Everyone loved it and want to come back again. There's a marvelous, peaceful aura in your property there. Can't be just the marvelous setting. Must also come from the care you give it. Marty |

| My family and I have been here several times and we keep coming back because it is beautiful. The beachhouse has plenty of room for a whole family and provides quick access to places to shop and eat. I would recommend it to anyone. |

| This is the most beautiful view of the gulf ,in my opinion. The rooms are very spacious, and living area is great! We were down just recently for my sister's wedding,10 adults,to younger children, and my grandson. We had so much fun, and the view is just breath-taking.This beach house is like having your own little island to yourself, and I would recommend it to anyone with a large family. And I must tell you about the large wrap around porch, filled with the most comfortable rocking chairs in the world.Just sit out there for a while, and rock all troubles away. | Have stayed here on numerous occasions and always have a blast. Beautiful view, enough room for you to invite your whole family and the enjoyment of rocking on the porch and watching the sunset or the kids play on the beach. It is fabulous. |

| Have stayed in this Beach House many times and loved it. My whole family came down for my wedding and stayed in it and they had a super time. The view is to die for and love to rock on the porch and watch the sunset. |

| I brought sixteen teenagers to this house for a youth group retreat. We stayed for six nights and had perfect weather the whole time! This house is great for kids because it is hard to break. Also, the house being right on the Gulf is great so that they don't have to cross the street. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the beach was, how friendly the locals were and how much closer things were to the house. We spent one day at Mexico Beach, one day at the state park (a must)...and the rest of the days on our stretch of beach in front of the house. We cooked most meals (for nineteen) in the house, but did enjoy the local restaurants in Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The two large decks were great for drying off life jackets, propping boats and rafts and lathering on sunscreen. There really isn't any under toe or rip tide on this stretch of the shore. (Different story at the state park, where I didn’t let them go beyond the sand bar). This enabled the teens to row out to get up-close-and-personal with the daily dolphin visitors. It’s wild that the water is warm enough in mid-March to swim. I will definitely return again! |

| We are a family of 22 who have vacationed on the beach together for the past 15 years and this house was by far the best house EVER!! The pictures definitely do not do justice. The beach is just right outside your steps and the porches with access to the rooms upstairs were awesome!! The bedrooms are huge and the layout is really awesome. Mrs. Gibson is really a sweet person and a great person to rent from. This is truly the best beach house out there and we certainly hope to be back!! |

We stayed in the Gibson duplex in June 2008 and loved it! I had most of my family there (10 of us) and we thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness, especially the porches that extend from one end of the house to the other. Having 2 living rooms and kitchens was a blessing, especially with 2 grandbabies having to feed during certain times of the day and night.
We are reserving it again next year!

| What a wonderful week for our family of 16-- 8 adults and 8 children! Everyone said, "Great house!" Well equipped and furnished, lots of room for everyone! The beach and the access to it were incredible! The front porch with the rockers were well used! Everyone was asking, "Can we come back here, again?" |

We had a family reunion here with 19 people and the house was perfect for us. All the rooms were actually larger than they look in the pictures. The kitchens were well stocked, and the porches were fabulous! Beautiful sunsets! You couldn't ask for a better location....just steps from the quiet beach, and just a short drive to stores. The owners are very nice people and we enjoyed all their suggestions. We were extremely satisfied with this house and would recommend it to anyone. We wish we could come every year, but it's hard to get this group together, so we're going to try to come back to this house in two years. |

| Beautiful place, beautiful waters, beautiful skies, white sands, and pretty house to vacation in. The house is roomy and has all conveniences, the beach is right down the stairs, and the porch is great for watching sunsets in my hammock. Our group has gone back several weekends and always had wonderful times there. |

| I stayed at this beach front home with friends several times and love it. The beach access is perfect, the location fabulous (almost alone on this part of the beach), and the home itself is so spacious, well-equipped, and extremely clean. There's plenty of space to be away from your crowd if you like or to be comfortable together in the large great living room. I especially like the deck facing the ocean for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The owners are also quite accomodating and great to rent from. It's a special beach home at a very beautiful beach! |

| This is one of our favorite beach houses in Florida for the past 20 or so years. The view toward the Gulf faces west across the St. Joe Bay, rare on the Gulf where most views are south, which makes cocktails on the 2 huge decks mandatory for the sunsets. If you are up early, the beach is nearly deserted, and the surf very quiet and smooth, nice for walks. The owners are local, and the upkeep and maintenance are up-to-date; it was newly painted this spring. With both sides open on the main floor, you have the luxury of two complete kitchens, which is wonderful for large groups, especially when loads of kids are in attendance. Enjoy. |

| My 3 brothers join me every year during the week before the 4th of July at this wonderful beach front home. The layout is excellent...every room has access to the beach front porches where we spend most of our time rocking, dining and planning what we will dine on next. The pocket doors that divide the house get pulled late in the evening and our party is split between the behavin' and the misbehavin'. The behavers always bed down earlier than the misbehavers the privacy those doors provide have kept my side out of a whole lot of trouble every year. What wonderful memories our crowd has made at the Gibson House. The beaches are excellent with an expanse of shallow water for the little ones to splash in while Grandma watches them from the covered porch. If you are lucky enough to get a week in the summer the owners will let you secure the same week for the following year before you depart. Be sure you do just that or it will not be there when you get home and call back. Grab this one if you can and start a great tradition like the Rich's did 7 years ago. |

| On my many visits to this area, I have found that this house is situated perfectly for numerous activities, especially "doing nothing", my favorite vacation activity. Restaurants are great both in Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The beach is never crowded, the landlords are extremely helpful and knowledgable of the area, and the whole coast is laid back and beautiful. The house is fantastic, even with loads of people in it. Highly recommended! |
