| I highly recommend this condo. It is in the perfect location of South Beach. Everything is in walking distance. Walk across the street to the beach take a short 10 to 15 minute walk over to all the Lincoln road activities. Excellent view of the ocean from your balcony. Sit back and enjoy the wind and watch the cruise ships pass you by. Walgreens is just a 10 minute walk from your condo, a deli behind the condo offers you the best cuban coffee as well as breakfast and lunch options at a reasonable price. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Condo was very clean and offers you cable tv and wifi. Transactions with the owners was very smooth and easy. I have recommended this condo to my friends and will also stay here again! |

| Although we've been back for nearly a month, our memories of the wonderful stay over the Christmas vacation continue to keep us warm during the winter month. The condo was spacious, the weather outstanding enabling us to eat every meal on the balcony. Although a little noisy, easy access to both the beach and ocean drive was well worth the slight inconvenience. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. |

| We stayed at the condo for Memorial day weekend and we loved it. The condo is very spacious, clean and has a great view of the beach. I highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in South Beach. |

We rented this property for three weeks and loved
it. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Master
bath is all marble with a great tub, plenty of hot
water and good water pressure in the shower. Even
though there is some street noise the condo is at
the quiet end of SoBe and the building is very quiet.
Great beach access and easy walking distance to
many resaurants and cafes inclusing Starbucks
across the street. Nice floor plan for guests, new
kitchen appliances and efficient washer/dryer in
unit. Highly recommend this condo. |
