We stayed 5 nights at this lovely "Cottage". This was our first trip to Kauai and we did not want to leave. The accommodations at the cottage were just fantastic. It is situated to utilize the wonderful trade winds. It was very quite and private and beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. Sadaya and others at the main house were most friendly and helpful. We will without a doubt be back and stay here again. It is not easy to find, I suggest the use of a "gps'. The weather while we were there was "outstanding" not a day over 80 and at night low 60's and just a little rain. Thanks for a great time. Jim and Linda |

| I have just returned from an amazing 6 night stay at this beautiful cottage. The pictures online really don't do the cottage justice. Waking up each morning to the sound of roosters outside of my window brought a smile to my face each day. At night, sitting on the lanai, with a cool breeze blowing, relaxing in peace and quiet after a long day at the beach, it truly was heaven. This cottage is in the perfect location. You can be in Kapa'a to the south or Hanalei to the North in 20 minutes. This is a great spot to start from to explore the island. I felt completely safe and actually felt as though I lived here. I am planning on returning to stay here again, but definately for a longer period of time. I would recommend this cottage to anyone, believe me, you won't be disappointed!! |

| We just returned from 5 nights at this lovely house. My husband and I love the attention to detail in the construction and decorating. We have rented 3 houses on the North Shore and stayed at the Princeville and the accommodations at this house surpassed all previous rentals. It feels like a vacation home, not a vacation rental. The house has all the modern conveniences including a/c and a huge kitchen. Also, the house is situated to utilize the trade winds. I am a mosquito magnet and this is the first house where I have not been bitten. We relaxed most days, going to the nearby beaches and hiking. It is a perfect spot for a low key, relaxing retreat. In fact, we are returning for another week. |

Stayed in January. We loved the house. Everything is top notch and in new condition. No expense was spared in furnishings or the home itself. Very private estate with unobstructed views in the front and back of the estate.
My husband and I went without kids and although the house can accommodate several guests, it was so nice to have the extra space and privacy that even the nicest hotel suite can't provide.
There are two beautiful beaches both a couple mins drive away and neither had more than two other couples any time we went. I had someone come to the house to give massages and noticed that there are even ads for chefs that will cook. We love to cook and BBQ and so did our own. We did eat out some but really hated to leave the privacy of the sunshine on our own decks.
We travel frequently and stay usually stay in suites at upscale resorts. This house really was ten steps above even the Ritz. How thankful we are that the owners even trust others enough to share thier beautiful ocean estate.
The owners were very prompt and helpful in answering any questions we had prior to arrival and everything was set up upon our arrival to five star hotel conditions. |
