For the last 12 years we have spent our vacation at
Sea Colony in Bethany, and dealing with a reality
agency. This beach house and Bayside are a
fabulous upgrade. We were thrilled with all the
extras from the bikes, grill, and everything you
need for the beach! This is a lovely home, you
can't possibly be disappointed. The owners are
also very receptive and committed to providing you
with a wonderful vacation. |

| This is a beautiful beach home and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll feel like you've hit the lottery! Bayside is a beautiful family friendly community as well, that has something for everyone! My husband, children and I did not want to leave! |

We rented last year in July and the place was better than described!! My family and kids had a wonderful vacation. This resort was the most private and nicer than all the others. So clean and new and so relaxing to wake up to every morning. I would highly recommend this place to others!
