| What a wonderful place to stay! We had the pleasure of reserving Casa with a View during a recent Corvette show with another couple. The house is beautifully decorated with many extra touches that made our stay special. There was a master bedroom suite on each of the three levels that gave us all room and privacy. We enjoyed the fireplaces, movies and gameroom and can't wait to come back next year for a longer stay! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. |

I planned a Grand Family Reunion, which meant
that we had all ages come and visit throughout the
month. The first week there were children who
loved the covered wagons to sleep in. The three
bedrooms offered privacy and are spacious. The
bathrooms were well appointed.......laundry room
was very convenient and we enjoyed the hot tub,
even tho it was summer! I was in touch with
Marlene a couple of times and she was very
responsive and helpful. The views are spectacular
and I would stay here again and again. It is on three
levels, so bear that in mind if stairs are an issue.
Lovely neighborhood, but no other houses are
visible from this house in summer. |

| Our family (6 adults, 3 children) had a wonderful time at Casa with a View. The cabin is beautifully decorated, very clean, and well equipped. After many years of going to the beach, we decided to do something different this year. We had so much fun that we have decided to go back next summer. |

| We stayed at Casa with a view for Thanksgiving weekend 2006 along with friends that flew down from NY. It was awesome! We had a great time and an unforgettable Thanksgiving. The views from the house were great, the house itself is spacious and comfortable, tastfully decorated, clean and well equipped. Thank you Marlene for welcoming us into your mountain home. We definitely hope to visit again. |

| We stayed at this lovely, spacious home 2/1-2/8/07. We were a family celebrating a special BIG birthday. We had snow twice and we enjoyed the skiing/tubing nearby. Great bedrooms with privacy for all. Great place to see the Superbowl, play games and relax. My grandson (3)loved the wagon beds and everyone the game tables and jacuzzi. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us. Looked at many others and we were not disappointed when we arrived late. Just the right elevation. Thanks Marlene! |

| "Casa With A View" was the PERFECT house for our weekend away with friends. The bedrooms were all spacious and well furished and there were large areas to hang out with friends. I would recommend it to anyone. |

| Just got back from a wonderful weekend at "Casa with a View" in Maggie Valley. The views were fantastic, the accomodations spacious and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this location. THANKS for everything. You have a beautiful vacation home. |
