| We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautifully furnished cabin in the woods by a wonderful rushing and somewhat noisy river. Everything was perfect, we liked the area so much we purchased 'a little log cabin' in the woods! |

| This cabin was just as described. My husband and I took our family there for their first time cabin experience. The guys fished all day and the girls sat in the hot tub. We definatley did "REST" at River Rest Cabin. Thank you and we will definatley be back. |

| We spent our honeymoon here and could not have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our time together. The house is nicely furnished and had a coziness to it. We truly enjoyed every minute and hated to leave. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back. |

| We just returned home -- reluctantly -- from our second visit to River Rest. Autumn at the cabin is wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, the leaves and sunshine, and came away relaxed and refreshed. You will love it! |

I think my wife took more tips on decorating from your cabin, which has such a unique blend of rustic, cottage, and antique, that I may end up haing to execute them at our home :) We loved wading in the river, reading and eating on the porch, and we even swung on the rope swing. Isn't it amazing what a couple of days of peace and quiet can do? The weather was beautiful, sunny, with an occasional breeze. We love the cabin -- the combination of rustic and antiques is charming. | My husband and I came up in February to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. We arrived about 9 pm on Friday night and left about 1 pm on Sunday, but even though it was such a short stay, we felt rejuvenated! The world truly stopped for a short while. I have been to several mountain cabins in north Georgia, but this cabin and location are the best I have experienced - the cozy fireplace, the sound of the creek, the comfortable porches, the warm hot tub, the gorgeous beds, the kitchen and grill where we had a few fabulous meals. Thanks so much for sharing your getaway with us. It is one of the best kept secrets in north Georgia! |

| Unlike a lot of rentals you find on line, we were pleasantly surprised that River Rest was everything it said it was and more. This place is identical to the pictures - completely secluded with just a few nearby cabins and incredibly peaceful. We went for new Years so we can't attest tot he tubing, but we did love just walking outside the cabin and stepping into the river to fish - very convenient! The cabin itself is charming and rustic, but with modern conveniences so you don't feel like you are roughing it. An amazing kitchen - we ate like kings and a great porch that overlooks the river. Highly, highly recommend it - we will certainly go back! |

Thank you again for squeezing us in on such late notice. The cabin and location are really great! Being a veteran of Blue Ridge cabin renting, I particularly enjoyed the fact we didn’t need to hassle with all the BR traffic and how you’ve made it so easy to check-in and out. The noise from the river's rapids just below the windows and porch is priceless. To say the least, you did a tremendous job with the entire decor and its Northwood’s ambience.
