The 2008 remodeling of your kitchen is outstanding. The island and breakfast bar with high chairs are functional and very pleasant, the appliances are top class, the kitchen is quite well equipped, the wood cabinets are truly lovely, and the granite counters and tile back splash are well done. The sight line from the kitchen sink window is perfectly framed to enjoy a view of the Tucson Mountains over the side fence and under the patio roof of your neighbor’s house to the south. The heated pool is surprisingly large and well positioned on the lot to enjoy the Catalina Mountain view. I enjoyed swimming laps whenever I had the chance. Because I am able to work remotely, I need an office that is highly functional. Yours met my test with flying colors. The landline portable phones worked very well. The wireless high-speed internet connection worked well in the office and throughout the house. The printer and fax were essential. Finally, the office is very comfortable, with a pleasant couch and chair, a door to shut out noise and a window with a great view of Pusch Ridge. I was very impressed with your windows, high ceilings, and the architectural arches. I especially liked the windows over the fireplace, in the front door and above the front door. The view from the patio at the back of the house into the wash is great, with lots of flowers, vegetation and trees. The sliding glass door from the kitchen to the patio gives a great view from the family room and kitchen.

In fact, the setting sun was perfectly framed between the house in the distance and the brick fence post.

An excellent base in Oro Valley which seems like the best place to stay in Tucson. This is an attractive house with all the amenities needed for a short stay, and a really good range of local shopping and eating facilities - although it will be better still once the building work has all finished, particularly the road infrastructure ! If, like us, your stay includes the start of the Tucson "monsoon" season then watch out for bugs that suddenly appear and which look like they have come straight off the cast of "Men in Black". Whilst in Tucson try and visit one of the 2 Madaras Galleries which are the best of their kind we have ever seen. Altogether an excellent property with marvellous hosts, and the best location for Tucson |

| The house is lovely, with everything you could ever need for a fine vacation, and our stay in April was wonderful. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio, and at night especially enjoyed stargazing. Most days we would get up early and get out to explore (we especially recommend Sabino Canyon), then come home in the afternoon and enjoy the pool. The house is just a few miles from a state park, and the nearness of the surrounding mountains is great. All in all, a great trip! |

| My Mother, Sister, Brother, Nephew, Niece & Myself all stayed for 2 weeks and we were all extremely pleased regarding all aspects of the rental. The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable, (the photos on the website although good do not do the house justice), everything was fully functioning and we had more than enough space to allow everyone their own privacy. I'd also like to make a special mention of the patio and pool area as it was great to be able to relax outdoors and have a dip in the pool to cool down. We always felt secure in both the house and the neighbourhood and I would definitely recommend Oro Valley as a base to explore Tucson, i.e., you can be in downtown Tucson in 30-40 minutes, although there are also plenty of amenities within a 5-10 minute drive; supermarket, restaurants, banks, mall etc. All in all I cannot fault our stay and would recommend it to anyone who is planning a vacation/visit to Tucson. Please contact me if I can supply you with any further information regarding this rental. |
