| My 2 girlfriends & myself stayed at this apartment(5/13-5/18/09)It was conveniently close to the supermarket, bus stops & the beach.we had a great time,& Otto was a gracious host. I will rent it again,I highly recommend it. |

Verbatim Comment by Guest from our other website: "We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico. What made our stay even more enjoyable were the accommodations. Being our first time renting an apartment versus the normal hotel route, we were very satisfied to say the least. The apartment was as described in the ad. It was very clean, and included all the amenities of home. The host was extremely hospitable with recommending things to do and places to see. We felt very safe in the provided environment and never experienced an uncomfortable moment. From the clean bathroom to the convenience of having a fullsize washer and dryer, again the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Thanks Otto for a great stay, and we will definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family."

"When we took our Honeymoon to Puerto Rico we decided to rent the apartment from Otto. The area in San Juan where we stayed was peacefull, quiet and clean, And the gated community offered a great sleep at night.. The apartment offered everything our own home had, and was decorated for our special occasion.. Outside the door was a beautiful garden with Hummingbirds, lizards and Coque frogs. The wild life was amazing.. In one direction we were 7 mins from the the airport, and in the other direction we were 10min from Old San Juan.. Inbetween was Beaches, Casinos and Resturants.. Everything was beautiful..
Will we visit Puerto Rico again? Yes!!
Will we rent from Otto again? yes!!
Thanx Otto for making our expieriance memorable for life"

I am very happy with my stay here. The location the amenities and the price is excellent! It was cozy. I would definately recommend it. Already have! :)
The upgrades are a very nice touch. The color scheme is comfortable and warm. The apartment is clean and the surroundings were quiet. The lighting in all rooms is perfect. Loved the skylights.

"We had a great time. You can't find a place this good with such an excellent location in the middle of Isla Verde and Condado for this price. I recommend to rent a car. The host is very helpful proving local information and overall very hospitable."
