| This condo is immaculate. It has been decorated with much care for the comfort of the guests. It is also very neat and extremely clean. You can tell that the Jays have spent much time and thought on what people need and like at the beach. We had such a great time and hope to stay here many more times in the future. It is a great place to stay. |

We celebrated our 35th anniversary at the condo. It was great! Joyce even gave us information on the best places to dine, which were outstanding.
We would and have recommended this condo for its privacy and comfort. Joyce is such a pleasant person to work with and discuss any concerns. |

We had a great time and really enjoyed your condo. We have two teenage daughters and felt very comfortable letting them walk around pinnacle port.
You have a very beautiful unit and we felt very at home here. We have stayed at other places before and this is by far the best. Hope to stay here again next year for the world series. We couldtn't have dreamed of a better place. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and I recommend this unit. |

We're so glad you were recommended to us. I have been coming to PCB all my whole life & have never stayed anywhere on this beach as quiet and peaceful as here. It was just what we were hoping for. We loved the family atmosphere and how it is in its own little world. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the beach and pool every day. I loved how you had all the toys & things here for the kids. Our son felt right at home and so did we. You have a wonderful place. We will definately be making this our new place to stay in PCB when we come in the future.

| Love this condo! Beautiful modern decorations and very clean! Great views and location to beach and pools. Nice private beach. Love the Carillon Beach "town". You can walk to shops and restaurants and a short drive into Panama City or Destin. This place is great and terrific owners!!! |
