This was my first time renting a house and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. We were there in August for ten days with my mom, three daughters, niece and my maltese. Everyone was more than comfortable with all the ammenities offered. The townhome was impecable and the decor was fabulous. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and always missed something a home. I have to say staying here I did not, we didn't want to leave. It felt like home.

Our stay at Patrick's property exceeded our high expectations. The house is well maintained and immaculate. Plenty of good quality linens. Patrick in my opinion certainly a unique owner goes the extra mile to ensure you have a memorable vacation. Would certainly recommend this property very accessible to theatre, restaurants and shopping. Area residential but very quiet. We arrived very late and rather than stumble in the darkness to find light switches etc, the property was professionally staged and so welcoming. As soon as we stepped into the property we knew we had made the right choice and our stay was going to be very enjoyable. - Thank you Patrick, we have very fond memories of our vacation and shall certainly return again.

| We were extremely pleased with the townhome. Personally loved the Decor! The upkeep and cleanliness was beyond our expectations. Everything you want to see in Lauderdale is within a walk or short drive. We had 4 kids including a baby and everything was available to us so that we didn't have to cart a crib and high chair. Our family had a great time and hope to rent again soon. We will definitely recommend to our friends! |

We were pleased to stay in this townhome during the
busy month of March. We needed a place to stay for
less than a week and enjoyed the way this home was
so close to the interstate and downtown but located in
a very quiet residential area. We had a very relaxing

| We had a very pleasant stay at Patrick's home in Fort Lauderdale. Lot's of room, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms, and wonderful views from the rooftop. The stereo system throughout the house was fantastic. We enjoy listening to classical first thing in the morning while sipping coffee and to have the stereo throughout the house (even the bathroom!) was a pleasant surprise. |

| My family had a great time the 4 days we spent at this nice townhouse. The location was great for my older sons near Las Olas Riverfront's bars and restaurants. we loved the lay-out of the second floor with the open space kitchen, dining, and living room. Patrick Boyd was great to rent from and everything went smoothly. |

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the townhouse, which is situated in an older residential area.
Everything was top-shelf. The men were impressed with the large LCD screen TV in the living room. We women liked the decor, appliances, and the total comfort that the townhouse offered. It was so quiet and peaceful.
We took long walks in the area which got us to the river walk with restaurants and bars and boat traffic.
We loved the beaches the area had to offer and the restaurants. There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance.
Both couples agreed that we enjoyed our lovely accomodations. It is one of the best rentals we have experienced.
Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway, Sightseeing

We had an amazing time at Patrick's townhouse. The townhouse was so well located - close to the Las Olas, Riverfront, Beach and many of the best nightclubs and restaurants are just minutes away. The house was so clean and well decorated with everything we needed for our 10 days stay. Patrick is a great renter. He was very professional and accommodated our every need. We had a wonderful vacation!

We stayed at Patricks'house for one week in April and we were extremely satisfied. Everything was close ,even the conevntion center as our main purpose of the trip was business. However many of the best nightclubs and restaurants are just minutes away.
Every step ,from reservation to check out, was very professional.

| We had an amazing time, very much worth the money! An extremely relaxing stay and so close to the Las Olas Riverfront! We had more than enough nearby to always have somthething entertaining to do but were still tucked away enough to not have any noise or distractions while we relaxed on the rooftop or in the pool. The multi-room sound provided listening comfort nomatteer where in the house we were. The beds were extremely comfortable and nowhere in the house felt cramped at all, it was definitely roomy. We can't wait to return there! |

| We had a wonderful stay at Patrick's townhouse. When we arrived we were quite astonished because I was even nicer then we had thinked it would be. We went with our two twin boys (18 months old ) and my in-law's and we were thrilled with all the functionnality we had in the house. The place was so clean and well decorated that we had the impression of living in a "Deco magazine" for two week! Patrick too is a great renter, a pleasure to deal with, he made everything he can to make sure that our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The pool and the sun roof along with state of art stereo systeme and TV made our stay gone too fast. We are looking to go back anytime... |

Wow! What a relaxing and romantic eight days we
enjoyed during our vacation visit to Ft. Lauderdale.
My husband and I were absolutely delighted with
the first-rate accommodations and location of our
rental. Everything from the security of the location
to the wonderful shaded pool to the spacious clean
rooms exceeded our expectations in every regard.
The location too was just the right distance from
downtown...3-5 minutes...away from any noise and
distractions. Your recommendations on dining and
entertainment did not lead us astray...they were
just right! Every detail, from the linens to the
appliances, was super. I can definitely say we will
be repeat guests upon our return to Ft. Lauderdale
in the near future. That is IF your property is
available. I'm afraid as word spreads about your
exceptional townhouse, space and reservations are
going to be limited. We'll take our chances. For out
money it was, without question, the best vacation
value we could ever hope to find.

| This was our fourth year renting in the Los Olas area - and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed - we were thrilled!!! The town house was so well located - convienent to everything but still in a quiet and secluded area. Spotlessly clean and so well equiped - I was particularly impressed that there was both a pack and play and a high chair available - a first for anywhere we have rented!!! The kitchen was great - we cooked at home many nights - but were close to many great restruants - one of our favorites is on 17th street - a mere 5 minute drive. The riverwalk is a very short distance away and a great way to access Los Olas Blvd by foot. I hope we can stay there again! In addition, Patrick is a excellent "landlord" - very professional and nice to boot! |

| Patrick, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful Townhome with our family. It exceeded our expectations. When we were in the home, everything was at our fingertips. But we really appreciated the close proximity to the RiverFront, Las Olas Blvd and the Beach. We especially enjoyed coffee on the roof top as the sun was rising and a glass of wine in the evening as the sun was setting. It was a great feature to the home. If we find ourselves coming to Ft. Great location, close to airport and cruise ship port.
Great place to relax after a long day of activities and
shopping (Sawgrass) or just hanging out with family
and friends. The townhouse is very clean and have
everything (well equipped kitchen, linen) we needed
for our 5 days stay. Would recommend to anyone
looking for a NICE and CLEAN place to stay in Fort
Lauderdale. |

| The property is lovely! Unfortunately, I was visiting the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area for business. However, knowing I had such a delightful home to which I could return each evening made the trip much more enjoyable and not so stressful. The home is decorated just divinely and is so very comfortable. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. There is lots to do, oh so close, but I was unable to participate in the fun due to work. This means I will be making a trip to stay here again, but for pleasure and relaxation purposes only! I can't wait!! |

| patrick, this is just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed renting your townhome over memorial day weekend. it was exactly as advertised, and your property manager was most accomodating, even given our travel problems. we enjoyed the music, and had cocktails on the roof every night and had dinner on the roof sat. night. your kitchen offered everything we needed, and we appreciated how quiet it was in the neighborhood (which didn't look too inviting at first glance)we walked to las olas and the riverfront, and enjoyed taking in the "fantastic yacht scenery" .the townhome was very comfortable and clean. beats the hell out of the typical hotel experience. we would have wished for a slightly larger and more private pool, yet it was not "pool weather" this particular weekend.you were most professional to deal with, and i appreciate it. |

We spent much of our time just relaxing in the townhome between jaunts to the restaurants and the beach. | Patrick-- Thank you for our wonderful second honeymoon at your townhouse in Fort Lauderdale. The decor is fabulous, and the house was impeccable. We loved the tile and marble in the beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The open and airy living room was spacious and very comfortable. And of course the technology-- DirectTV, surround sound, plasmas -- was a pleasant surprise and a huge hit. We were happy to be so close to everything, especially Las Olas and the beach, while still on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood. My husband and I had the pleasure of renting the
house for the month of February. It is beautifully
decorated with very nice furniture and accessories
as well as state-of-the-art electronics. We felt right
at home the minute we arrived and enjoyed the
meticulous details right down to the dinnerware.
The house is very spacious and well maintained.
Patrick was such a pleasure to deal with. He was

house so much that we are getting one installed in

Had a great experience in the townhome in Fort Lauderdale. We were on a golf vacation and found the home very convenient to all the courses we played. The amentities of the home were first class and the openness of the floor plan provided plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was great and all bedrooms quiet and comfortable.
the weather was very pleasant and we were able to utilize the roof deck and grill. the pool area was a little small but was very clean as was the whole home. A long term stay here would be just like being at home. |

| This property is simply incredible. The home is exquisitely decorated and stocked. The outdoor roof patio was a big hit, along with outdoor shower, and music piped throughout the entire house that we were able to control wirelessly! The kitchen is fully stocked and we made use of the bbq on the roof as well. The bedrooms and closet space are more than ample. The prize goes to the 2nd floor which is wide open with a huge plasma tv and surround sound. We used the office on the 2nd floor as a third bedroom which has a futon and we used an AeroBed which was comfortable. Wireless internet was great. 5 minutes or less to Las Olas and about 10 minutes to the beach. Can't wait to stay again! |

Our family spent Christmas week 2006 in Ft.Lauderdale and were thrilled with the city and our gorgeous condo! The condo is extremely spacious, very clean, and decorated beautifully!
We love to exercise and enjoyed daily walks into town (just 10 minutes!) or a run to the beach (3 miles). Our children, ages 26, 25, 21 and 18 report the night life was top of the line! Family dinners were awesome walking to great restaurants downtown, drivng 10 minutes to the beach or cooking in our huge kitchen at the condo. We also appreciated the friendly neighbors who welcomed us and gave great tips on everything from walking routes to town and local favorite bar and grills! A favorite way to end our day together was to sit on the roof top terrace that overlooks the city and catch up on each other's lives!
Patrick was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with! We can't wait to come back! Nothing compares to being with your family in 80 degrees on Christmas day!

Our family(my husband and I plus 3 teenaged daughters) travels and has travelled extensively. Part of our "vacation experience" is our accommodations - high expectations and standards.
This home is lovely - well decorated, spacious,well maintained and sexy! The moment we walked through the door we were inmpressed and knew we had made a great decison.
You will also enjoy easy access to highways as well as quick drives to beaches and all the action (Los Olas, South Beach,Miami, Malls, Lauderdale strip to name just a few...)
Patrick made the renting experience clear and simple - he was a pleasure to work with.
