| Just want to say thank you for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Our stay at Baywatch Tower was just excellent! What can I say? Perfect view day and night… we have everything in the unit which was perfect when friends came to visit. Everything was accessible 24Hours, Property Manager`s friendly and helpful even when she came to welcome us on our arrival at 5AM! Securities/Members of Staff at the Reception are very welcoming and helpful too. Owner Trevor`s ever so quick on responding to my emails in a friendly and professional manner. We are looking forward to our next stay if given chance, preferably at 2503 if available. |

"Our stay at Baywatch 2503 was very,very nice....The room was clean, and the owners and people we spoke to and met were so polite, and honest. I spoke to Tess & Trevor, but we met Ruby and Louie who were a great help with all our needs. The sunrise and sunsets were nice, and the head of security was also a friendly person. Thanks again Tony & Liezl"

| This was my second stay in 2503 and I would not hesitate to recommend it. I will certainly stay again on my next visit. Guards were very friendly and do a good job. Mrs. Gofton and her nephew Louie were very friendly and hospitable. The condo is well equipped, clean and very well located. |

| We stayed at 2503 for two weeks and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The room was nice and clean,especially the view from the bedroom and balcony. The location is the best location, very convenient and it is very close to my favorite places to eat (Aristocrat Restaurant and Seaside Market). The people at the desk are very nice especially the Security Guards. Thanks Mr and Mrs Gofton, I will stay here again the next time I go back. |

This is was a great place to stay in Manila.
It is clean, modern, the view is fantastic and it is conveniently located. Lots within walking distance, jeepneys and taxis just outside the foyer to anywhere else. A restaraunt, pool, sauna, gym and laundry within the building all added up to make this the perfect base for our holiday.
From our point of view, the flexibility and privacy of a condo made it much better accomodation than a hotel. As well as that Trevor and Tess really made us feel welcome and at home.
Altogether a great experience and I would recomend it to anyone. |

| we stayed in unit 2503 from july 25-aug 13 2008. really enjoyed the whole duration...very clean and a home away from home. convenient for cabs/taxis, shopping centres/malls are a stones throw away, the condo is safe with great ameneties. will be staying here again in the future. many thanks to the owners and louie (caretaker). |

| Tess and Trevor were very patient and hospitable towards myself and my just recently married bride, Bebie. We stayed at 2503 and the Condo is beautiful. I will stay at either 2503 or 2802 whenever I am in Manila. Once again, they really make you feel "Welcomed" |

We stayed here in June 2007 and it was great! The
building has a beautiful view of Manila Bay. It was
great to have the DSL access. Trevor and Teresa
are wonderful hosts and were very accommodating
when we moved from another of their properties.
Initially, we had some problems with cash payment
in USD because they don't take PayPal, but it
worked out in the end. We will contact Trevor and
Tess again for June 2008! Thanks! |

| I am a return guest..... Why? Because it was nice, and I stayed at 2 of Trevors units before, this time I tried the Malate unit, which is close to the Bay, nice morning walk, close to Embassy, Zoo, and we went to many different malls.... facility is good and we just enjoy staying there better than hotel where you (should) get out everyday to let them clean the room. We choose to stay with Trevor/Tess.... both are very accommodating, and fit out uncertain schedule perfectly.... Highly Recommended. Thank you very much! |

I have many pleasant words for Trevor & Terisita but for now I will stick to the theme of the Condo which we rented for my future Father & Mother in-law to come to Manila from Zambonga to meet me for the first time! Boy did they ever love the acomodations, We stayed in 2802 which is a palace owned by the Goftons also and being three floors away we had plenty of family time. The Manila Zoo is only five minutes away by foot and gave us time to to stroll about and get some fantastic photo's. I would never trust my Family with anyone else.

| I have stayed in several apartments in baywatch and found this one the cleanest and most accomodating with the little things included that make all the difference. For me this apartment would be perfect if it had a large lazy sofa in the living room. The owners were pleasant and helpful and I will stay here again. |

| Stayed from 4/25/07 to 5/24/07. Condo was very big, really clean and looked just like the pictures. Great view of bay & sunsets & the baywalk. Ac was cold.We cooked in the complete kitchen. Wall safe is a great plus. Security in buildig is great and safe in & around the areas. Close to all tbe big malls.Pool,gym,laundry, suna,food all on site & run by very nice people. The condo was a great find for me and my brother. We found the condo very comfortable and affordable. We would have stayed there longer but because of family obligations we only stayed for 10 days, went to the province and then stayed elsewhere when we came back to the city. It is exactly as described in the picture. We will stay there again next time we are in Manila.
One minor suggestion for owner, the next door neighbors kids are using the hallway as their playground. Maybe, they need to be told not to be running and screaming while we renters are sleeping. Otherwise, it was great! Thanks to the Goftons. |

| I have read all the previous comments, not much more can be added. Everything was absolutely perfect in the condo. Wish we hadnt delayed so long and stayed there the whole time. | I had the privilege of staying at your condo for 60 days. What a pleasure. It was great dealing with Tess and Trevor who have consistently been responsive. The 1 bedroom condo, as advertised, was exceptional; location was excellent, and the entire condo building was well maintained, clean, and extremely convenient. The price was very competitive, compared to first class hotels. I would definitely stay here during my next visit. Thank you, Tess and Trevor. |

| We loved staying at this cozy and cute apartment. It is so conveniently located, there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Transportation is very easy (only 25 mins from the airport, and very near Asia Mall. Teresita and Trevor have put a lot of effort putting this apartment together. It is inmaculated clean and nicely decorated. I loved the kitchen eventhough no time to cook but I like the fridge and it was very thoughful of them providing drinking water. My son liked sleeping on the sofa bed and ejoyed his TV. There are no tricks here the apartment looks exactly the same as the pictures show. It was a nice experience staying here. I felt in love with the Philippines and I am planning on going back and stay at this apartment again. I LOVE IT AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! . You will be happy also. |

Trevor and Tess are very delightful and accomodating hosts who have provided an excellent and economical alternative to high-priced hotels. I stayed there for 2 weeks in September, am returning for another 3 weeks in December, and plan on staying there for any future returns as well.
The unit is clean, attractively designed, and the bed is comfortable (not too hard, but with good support).
The condo is conveniently located, with lots of entertainment options around (one caveat: be prepared to hear music from multiple bands on the Baywalk in the evening - my solution was to just go down and join in the fun until midnight or so!).
If you want to eat in, as we did often, there is a large grocery store a short jeepney ride away at the Robinson mall.
All thumbs up!

We have fitted out our new stunningly beautiful 50 sq (most hotel rooms are 30 sqm or less) 1 bedroom condominium with everything. This near new quality luxury condominium tower , in a wonderful location. Just opposite the world renowned Bay walk on Roxas Boulevard with it rows of restaurants (some with live bands nightly) and cluster street lighting .It is a very colorful and pleasant stroll, near the Aristocrat restaurant which is a land mark in the area.
It is so close to shopping malls, in fact within a five minute cab ride you can be at 2 very large one's and nine minutes gets you to The Mall of Asia, The newest and the largest in Philippines. which features a full size ICE Skating Rink (that’s right a ice skating rink ) The newest and the largest in Philippines. Five minutes away from Manila’s answer to Disneyland. Star city theme park is a great day out for the kids , Just up the road to Manila yacht club and down the road to the American embassy.
Nightlife is all around right here in the tourist belt. Restaurants, bars, historical places of interest and not forgetting the people, wonderful and friendly.

| I have stayed at hotels in Manila charging 3 times the rate and found this unit to be superior. The view is great, it is very convinient to shopping, it was super clean and the staff were friendly. Next time I am in Manila, you will be my first choice. |

| We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in August 06. We really enjoyed our time there. Trevor ( an Australian) & his wife Tess greeted us and made us feel so welcome and made sure we were comfortable,the condo was sensational,with great views of Manila bay. I was so relieved, not knowing exactly what to expect by booking on the net.The condo was so well presented anbd was spotlessly clean and had everything I wanted plus more.Location was so handy.I will be telling all my friends about the great condo I found. |
