| Thank you once more for sharing your wonderful house with our family. The kids are now 3 and 6 and OBVIOUSLY still enjoy the pool! We loved having dvd players in the master bedrooms and sunken living room. Enjoyed our otter pops under the misters. Don't get that in SF. This was our second visit, and are looking forward to a third. The Yiakis clan. |

I have been renting houses in palm springs for 10 years and this is my favorite, hands down. we were impressed with the house's friendliness, its care the owners have obviously taken with it, the amount of communal space and the hammocks! you should definately stay here. |

| We enjoyed the house in June 2007. the rooms were beautiful and HUGE! We spent hours everyday in the pool. The 2 and 5 year old loved all the pool toys that were provided. Easy drive to downtown. We hope to return next year. |

| My family really enjoyed our vacation thanks to this very spacious and well kept property. The kitchen, living and family rooms, as well as all 4 bedrooms, were large in size. The floor plan was great for a large group (8 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant)- it was especially nice to have two seperate sitting areas (one with a TV) for us to sprawl out in. The private backyard with pool and spa were fantastic as well. We would certainly book again! |

| WOW! We have stayed in Palm Springs for 5 years at different places. This place was wonderful. It is even better than the pictures. We had 3 families with children and dogs and it was private and perfect. FABULOUS! |

| We were thoroughly blown away by this house! The house is even more beautiful in person. It's so spacious and has incredible decor. It's located on a quiet street and it's just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. We all enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She even arranged to have some laundry mailed back to me that we had left in the house! Now that's service. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable time. |

Wow! What a time we just enjoyed in this beautiful home. We felt like movie stars! We loved the decor, the spaciousness of the whole house, the beautiful property, the quiet street, the surrounding mountains, the pool and spa..all outstanding! We hiked in Inidan Canyon, dined in town closeby and made fabulous meals, we ran daily in the "hood"! We enjoyed the delicious grapefruits and tangerines growing in the backyard. We loved how the house had absolutely everything! It is a long way from eastern Canada, but we will be back next year for sure! So worth the trip! The web pics are great, but even more beautiful in person..*****
All the best for 2007! January was a fabulous time of year to be on Olive Way, Palm Springs

| This rental is a deal. It definitely made my trip to Palm Springs. The spacious rooms were stylish but not overly fussy. Even though I had eight guests with me during my stay, we never felt like we were stepping on top of each other. The gourmet kitchen is chef's dream. It is large enough to fix a huge meal in while keeping track of all your guest s who are either pool side or in doors watching a movie in the sunken living room. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone. |

I really enjoyed staying in this spacious and elegantly decorated house. Very conveniently located: 5 min to the airport. The rooms are spacious and not overloaded with decorations. The owners put great amount of effort in making the place livable, comfortable and very stylish. I had a wonderful time swimming and playing in the pool and relaxing tub. If you want some private and romantic time with your sweetheart; there is no better place for that than the hammocks behind the pool. I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful place. I definitely recommend it to people, who want to have a great time in Palm Springs.

| I enjoyed a delightful stay just last weekend at this beautifully spacious home in Palm Springs. The pool was a delight, the jacuzzi just right. And the shaded hammocks were just perfect to get a little relief from the hot Palm Springs sun. The rooms were so elegantly decorated with a very cool retro vibe, and the kitchen is large enough to cater a meal for 20! I didn't want to leave! I will be making this my Palm Springs go to spot hopefully for years to come! |

| This rental exceeded all of my expectations. The things I enjoyed most about this home were: the large pool and backyard, the quality and stylishness of the furnishings, and the master bathroom. I come to PS at least once a year and this is will be my new regular rental from now on. |

| I just returned from a week long stay at this property. I have to say it was fantastic. It was very easy to find and located very near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. And the house is beautiful! I felt like we were in a trendy boutique hotel, which is what we look for. We definitely found it here. Very comfortable, too. |

Guest Comment Entered By Homeowner:
Note there is a negative comment due to a booking conflict. We booked a client based on their ability to commit and put down a deposit to hold the unit. Another potential client was putting in for time off and was not sure they would be able to make the dates. Once she saw that the unit had booked she posted a negative comment.

This 50's era house has been beautifully reappointed in a sleek, appropriately retro style. It's very, very cool. With four bedrooms and a great pool, this is a great option for a vacation with other couples and for taking it easy. Being my first visit to Palm Springs, it was also a great way to discover this wonderful oasis. I get it! I look forward to a return trip. |

The most wonderful parts of our stay were gazing up at the night sky & San Jacinto Mountains while floating in the pool and hanging out on the patio under the misters during the day. The house is extremely private & very well equipped for cooking, lazing, movie watching and pool floating.
The house is very stylish & set up to entertain and relax. The owners clearly paid attention to every detail when furnishing it--it's all very clean and very "cool," from the bedding to the furniture to the location. It's not far from downtown Palm Springs, including some really stunning architecture.
All in all, a really great experience. |

This wonderful, secluded and spacious home really has been fitted out with good looking eclectic "retro" and modern furnishings that compliment the 1960s open plan feel of the place.
In combination with a really large contemporary kitchen, a huge lot with good sized pool, hammocks in the shade and outdoor fans with misting this is a stand out vacation rental way comfortable for four couples.
We have booked next years already! |
