We had a great time in Maui and experienced many of the great things the island has to offer. Our stay at Kahana Sunset was also very good. The staff were very good and helpful. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We had a couple of issues with the plumbing, however this was fixed promptly. We will be returning to Maui again in 2010 and will probably stay at Kahana again.

| we stayed for eleven fab nights.everything was great! down to the best weather. tell ya what my cousins were also here staying at their timeshare in Kanapali and i will take kahana sunset anyday! new washer and dryer great.stove needed a bit of love but no worries.i like to leave it as i would like to find it.so many fun things to do.or just chillax.we did both.thanks again for the vacation we so needed! |

| We enjoyed a wonderful week long stay at Kahana Sunset. We've spent 8 weeks on Maui in the past year and can tell you this is a special place. The condo had a great view and accommodations.. and even though there is no AC -- it never got too hot inside. Having the pool and private sandy beach cove steps from our door was priceless. Speaking of price- it is very reasonable and in fact, surprising low for the amenities. It was a great place to stay with our nearly 3 year old - perfect to go between the beach, pool and condo for naps and food. The pool area has a great kiddie pool that is about 2 feet deep and fairly large. We saw turtles all the time- it seems that a group of 3 turtles call the little cove home and it was wonderful to snorkel so close to them. One of them is HUGE! We will definitely come back here and highly recommend it to others. We met a lot of people who have been coming here for years-- they stock up on groceries from Costco/WalMart/Safeway.. and never leave the condo... though it is close to many great Maui things to do! | We love Kahana Sunset. "Honeymooned" here 2 years ago, having been here 10 years or so before that. This unit had a lot of nice personal touches we really liked. Not as updated/fancy as some but a great bargain. We will definitely be back. |

| This is a perfect family spot..far away from the relative bustle of Kaanapali & Lahaina. Great decks & views. The property is outstanding & VERY well maintained Beautiful private beach ..............very nice |

We were very happy to stay at your well maintained and clean Kahana Sunset condo. This was a great Maui location.
The best snorkelling was very close. There was a very nice store nearby. The condo is surrounded with beautiful gardens. We had a partial ocean view as well. Our 4 year daughter liked the most the swimming pool.
It was heated and it was really a pleasure to swim in it and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.
Sometimes we didn't feel like going anywhere. We just enjoyed the beach in the complex.

The stay here was quite ideal. There's a beach right outside with lawn chairs to enjoy the bright mornings, and picnic areas with grills if you feel like having a BBQ in the afternoon.
There is no air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans to keep you cool in an eco-friendly manner. However, it was generally nice and cool. I would definitely stay here again.

It was old, run down, the washer/dryer didn't work properly, screen doors would just pop off, etc. The only positive was that it was large.
It was definitely not worth the money the owner charged for this condo.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your lovely resort. It was hard to leave!
We appreciated to quiet surroundings and everything was clean and well tended. We could see the ocean from our deck and my daughter even slept on the upper deck our first night there so she could be lulled to sleep by the waves.
It was a wonderful experience and every time we look at pictures I ask if we can go back!!!

| Kahana Sunset is a gorgeous property, the view from this unit is much better thsn the photos show. The grounds, pool and BBQ's are kept up very well. The vibe here is very laid back and friendly, most people have been coming here for years. This unit has been updated with new floors and furniture but not much else. However the price reflects that, you can rent other units for twice as much per night. Most units have upgraded kitchen and bathrooms this one does not. The spare bedroom sleeps 3 which was perfect for Grandma and the kids. If you are planning on cooking a lot use the BBQ either poolside or oceanside, you will meet great people there. The beach was pretty rough the entire 2 weeks we were there in March. That didn't stop us from swimming and looking for the resident turtles. Having a washer and dryer was nice however we had problems with it.(I was told it would be replaced.) Great Bargin! and great view made it worth the tiny kitchen and dated bathrooms. I would love to come again! |

| Everything was as we hoped, relaxing, great views, beautiful sunsets. Comfortable accommadations and so close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again on our next Maui vacation. |
