| Such a great rental home! Very family friendly and has everything you could want or need ... plus it helps that Pallas has great taste in shopping and stocking the place! The kitchen has all the gadgets and gizmos needed to make you feel at home and the seperate retreat is so great for 2 families. All of this before you even walk down to the beach which is now our favorite beach on the OR coast. Thanks so much...we'll be back soon!!! |

The interior of the main house was repainted and redecorated in February 2008. Even cozier! This extends the additional TLC given since June 2007, including improving the loft. :)

| We had a wonderful three night stay at this beach house. It is a very comfortable home and the kitchen was one of the better stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. The beach access is very convenient. It's so nice to find a great pet friendly beach rental. We will return for sure. |

| This home is amazing. My husband planned this as a surprise for my birthday. I was a little worried at first because he has never planned anything on his own, but the home was perfect. The 2 seperate rooms were great for our older son, the body spa was so relaxing and the whole house was well maintained and homey. We will be back again for sure. |

| This place was perfect for us - two families looking for a quiet weekend at the beach. The adjoining houses made it easy for us to enjoy time together and also have a quiet place for retreat! The location was perfect, and even came with friendly, helpful neighbors and a really short walk to the beach. |

We rented in September and had a wonderful week in
Gleneden Beach. The house was stylish and
comfortable and the beach is very close. We enjoyed
the restaurants and the whale watching in a nearby
town. The beaches are amazing and we had some
great hikes in the surrounding woods. Loved it as a
vacation destination. |

?We rented over New Years Eve weekend and we had a great time. The house is in a wonderful location just minutes from Depoe Bay to the south and Lincoln City to the north. The beach is just a short walk away. Our dog loved being able to run free without lots of people around. My son and his fiancee stayed in the cottage and it was great. We all had our privacy but were able to share the vacation together. The Body Spa was the best so relaxing. The house was cozy and
made you feel like you were at home.
I would love to stay here in the Summer and enjoy the small community living.

| We had a great time!! The place was perfect for our family, the baby napped quietly in the second unit while the big kids and their Aunt played noisly in the house. The beach is beautiful. We saw the seals but missed the whales this time. My wife and I loved how close we were to surfing, world class golf and great shopping from the Crystal Wizard on into Lincoln City. A great place to stay. |

This place is perfect! It is peaceful and comfortable
and delightfully decorated. It feels luxurious
without being so fancy you can't relax...and that's
just the shower! Here's what ya do: Go for a walk on
this amazing beach at sunset and count the
seals...get kind of chilly...then go back to the cabin,
crank up the heat in the stove, get a full body
massage in the shower and sleep in the loft bed
looking out at the pines...It is so good. |

| The house is a great value. It has 2 units that are connected by the front walk, just a few feet apart. The place is immaculately maintained, with all the amenities. Very close to a great and unique beach. It has everything you would want in a beach house at a great price. We loved the place. |
